i was banned for "combat loggin" i was on my way into a gas station, on my way i lost my sound so i thought i was my discord in the background that caused that, as i was fueling my car a police officer was standing behind me, i tried to speak ingame saying my sound was broke i turned around when i was finished fueling and stepped forward to my car, i then was tazed, and the screen was blurry, my computer crashed right there. i tried to login after my system booted to tell them about the problem, but i was kicked. i then went on tm to tell them about the problem, they said i needed a crash report as proff or file in an appeal, but i didnt get any game crash report, nor could i find any. i dont think it was the game but my computer that was the problem. so here i am with my appeal. i can see how that looked, and its hard to explain away but it was sadly out of my hands.

i love playing here, and i never cheat nor do anything that would be considered a cheat, and if im in doubt of anything i go read the rules, the rules here is why i love playing on this server. and im sorry if it seemed like a cheat and the timing of this was not in my favor. dunno what to say other than im sorry for any inconvenience.

i have been honest, my computer crashed, you probably hear that a lot. but that was actually what happened.

i would never do "combat loggin" even tho i had something to loose. in this case i didnt have anything to loose, so it would be pointless for me to do so, it just crashed.

i am really sorry that i cant proOve this, and i really sorry that it happened. just downloaded a program that records my games, indstead of having to start a stream everytime i start a game. just so i have proof in the future.

 
im not sure i understand what you mean ? my computer crashed, and i went to talk with staff about it, they said i needed a crash report, but i dint get an crash report from the game, nor can i find one in the game folder, i dont know what i am looking for to be honest? i've tried game crashes before, and a crash report pop's up, but it didnt do it this time, as my computer booted. so i thought theres a difference between game crash and computer crashes? im not sure what you are implying.

You were very recently banned for teleporting, so you can see why we are having a hard time trusting you.

Did you at any point attempt to tell the police officer your sound wasnt working using a method he/she could see? Did you attempt to relog onto the server and re-engage with the officer to continue roleplay?

 
the teleporting was while i was streaming, i took a break, and logged out, and when i got back i spawned in kavala indstead of close to rebel where i logged out, and that was a mistake, since i was taking a break i didnt even think about teleporting when i got back so i just spawned in kavala. big mistake, but it wasent my intension to teleport.

Yes indeed i can see how it looks but honestly this is what happened. yes i tried to tell them thru my mic at the gas station that i didnt have any sound, and after i crashed and my system was back up i logged into the server again to try to tell the police, but i got kicked. so i went to discord and pinged yankee to tell him what happened but no answer, after that i went teamspeak to tell them about the problem.

i can see how this looks, but your rules here like i said, is why i love playing here. and why would i log out and risk a ban just because of a small fine or whatever would have happened. im truly sory, and the timing of this was S***, as i just been unbanned for teleporting. so yes i understand fully how this looks. 

 
I am very disappointed... 10 days it took you to get banned again and almost the same bloody thing.

You were also run through on how to produce to us a crash report but failed so do so... as with most appeals I step onto in rubber boats and gloves with a lovely scented gasmask, my bullshit meter is starting to raise the further I step into this. Either you can prove your computer crashed (In which case there are lots of online threads to help you do this, alongside being told by staff how to and finally you can have a look at your own event viewer yourself and I'm sure you can find some logs that will be put there after some searching. Otherwise the other option is just tell us the truth without making my bullshit meter raise any further as if it does it reaches this line I've marked as "Deny appeal with appropriate time until they can try again with the full truth right off the bat" ... I know, I know very long label but it works.

im sorry that you feel like im lying, but why would i lie? i followed this link https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Crash_Files the only game crash report inside the folder is from the 26/9-18 and some older ones. i didnt get any crash report that day. come one why would i lie about this? all i had on me was a cheap rifle, and some rounds? why would i combat log ?? it was like 50.000 max? i did everything you guys asked for, i instantly tried to get a hold of the officers to re-engage but i got kicked, i went to discord and teamspeak within minutes to tell you guys what happened, and wrote "yankee" directly telling him what happened, no reply. 

event viewer ? is that inside the game or in windows ? 

and that "teleporting" case you are referring to, was when i took a 5 min break from my stream as showed on the video, when i got back i logged into to the server and spawned in kavala, indstead of rebel where i logged out. to be 1000% honest i didnt even THINK that it would be considered as teleporting, as i left the game for 5 min. i could understand if logged out and instantly spawned in kavala. but again my mistake that i didnt know better. i can see where this is going, and im truly sorry for not being able to provide you with the evidence needed, and even tho i love this server to bits, im just not gonna admit to something i did not do.

This is going to be very simple to understand.
Very recent warning in terms for the rule 3.7, the teleporting ban, And now this.

This will be your last chance, you will be unbanned but it will be your final warning.
Its your time to understand the rules, cause if you do get caught breaking any of them again, the road back will take atleast 6 months.

AGAIN, re-read the rules bedfore you hop back on.
