In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I've been banned because i broke rule 2.1, and in the video provided by CST Gooba we can see that i just go through with my truck directly into him, there has no roleplay that has been engaged and what i did was just out of the rule 2.1 + after the VDM happening i didn't go to TS has he asked, i took things too lightly and here i am.

Why should we unban you ?
In first place i came to this server, after playing a lot in french RP server, because there is A LOT of roleplay that doesn't exist in french RP servers, and well in this server people take time needed, don't rush for money, it's more human. What i did was clearly something that i did by revenge, and the biggest mistake was that i didn't contact CST Gooba just after the VDM to clear everything by our side. I made 2 big mistakes the first is killing someone without taking time to roleplay, and didn't try in first place after this to resolve this just him and me. After the ban i contacted CST Gooba, for the moment i didn't receive any response from him, but i told him i apologize and if he wants i can come to TS to say with my voice that i'm sorry and explain what i could have done better. The thing is now after the ban i'm seing what i did and how i took too lightly, i got through all rules one by one and making sure that in the future something similar doesn't happen and making sure that in the future i continue to do my best to make other people, think, laugh, smile as people have done this to me since i came to the server. I want to make the roleplay to the others as i would like to receive from others. I don't want to receive the bad roleplay i made to CST Gooba. Something bad happened , i'll make sure next time that i make a good roleplay, and want to say if somehting bad has to happen i will do my best to repair what i did wrong with the roleplay. I have still have a lot to discover about the server and would like to continue, andi would like to make the server discover my roleplay.

Just to make sure you've read our rules, I'd like you to write about rules 2.1, 2.2 and 7.1.3 here in your own words.

About the tree rules you are asking me :

2.1 : In my own words this rule, stats that when you are driving a flying, boat, car you can NOT use them as shield vehicles, to go into other vehicles, people. And the fact of chasing a vehicle more than 3 minutes is also considered as ramming other. Like in real life, you wont go into other vehicles knowing the damage it will cause, and the repercussion of it ( bigger than a ban ).

2.2 : Killing somebody ( any method ) and not doing it by accident, but intentionnaly is not allowed, and before killing somebody there needs to be a roleplay, and having a real reason to kill, like in reality, you wont just go and shoot someone, and this rule also wants to make the thing of killing LAST use if in danger.

7.1.3 : Like i said before, there needs to be a real reason to kill somebody, and if killing is used it must be entertaining for the one being killed ( fairplay ), in my own words for this rule, the killer has to make the one killed, want to come back to be killed another time ( in of course all the roleplay that comes with the character ).
