In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Initially I believed that I was banned for ooc insults but i feel that i may have said more in a fit of rage.

Why should we unban you ?
Upon rereading the rules as well as reviewing on how I acted I understand how ridiculously I behaved and it should not be tolerated which is why I can understand why i was banned and completely respect the fact that you came to the decision to ban me. However I believe that everyone should get a second chance and should not be tied down by how they once acted immaturely, but of course watched more so then others. Over the course of at least 3 or so months of being unable to join the server and enjoy it with my friends like I once did, this left me in a position where I could not join the server and have a laugh with my friends which is the main reason that I started playing on the server in the first place. I would have opened an unban appeal soon but once I had received the ban I was in the middle of doing some exams so I took it as an opportunity to stop coming on my computer as much and get my head down to study now that, that time has passed and was reminded recently about the server I am writing this appeal hoping that I will receive that second chance, but i can completely understand if the ban stands as my actions were unacceptable.

That was in OOC= Out Of Character chat. You were saying that to the person behind the screen, not the roleplay character in the virtual world. I understand people get mad when they believe they have been fouled, but this is totally not acceptable. On the internet, i expect a degree of salt, rudeness and darkness, however in this community we aren't as tolerant compared to some.
Why should we actually consider unbanning you? Who's to say this won't happen again?

I appreciate the fact you took the time time to read and reply to my unban appeal, as you can see my actions towards the other player was very unacceptable and I can also respect the fact that you will not tolerate this kind of behaviour in your community. When you say "who's to say this wont happen again" I can say that to the best of my ability I would not act in the same manner as seen previously, since i got banned as well as seeing what i said i am ashamed as well as disappointed in myself for such a display of disrespect as well as immaturity at the time of the indecent. "why should we actually consider unbanning you?" Honestly after rereading the rules as well as the stupid comment that I made I feel that the ban was deserved and that these comment should not be taken lightly like I did when I said them. However since i made these comments I have matured and seen the error in my ways, if i were given a second chance I would not disappoint you or make stupid comments that hold more weight then I once thought. I will respect your decision either way but I hope that you will grant me a second chance as a part of your community.

Why did you take so long to appeal?

The reason I took my time to appeal was because at the time I was in the process of doing exams so I wanted to take that time to study and use the fact I had been banned to work for my exams. In addition to this I thought I would give myself time before I rushed into an unban appeal as I was hot headed, acted childish and my ability to look at myself and say what I did was wrong or inappropriate was severely lacking so id just blame the other person as the one who caused all of it. Because of this I did the thing I thought was the more mature and smart choice that was to give myself time to mull over the ban and reflect on my actions as there was a reason behind the ban and I can see how bad what I said was and still is now.

1.4) Any threat to any person, or the community, will not be tolerated and a permanent ban will be issued. Depending on the context of the threat we will fully assist the UK police with their enquires. 

If someone rdms or you believe unfairly kills and steals from you or does something to you that you are not happy with you must not rise to it especially if how you rise to it is by threating to do something to another person this is a ridiculous stupid thing to do as it is a serious thing to do to threaten someone else. insteaded report this to the staff members as they will help you sort what they can.

There is no need for anyone to swear or insult anyone while playing on a game if you are mad or frustrated you must not rise to it or disconnect and cool off before coming back on to the game

We do not tolerate abuse to other members of the community unless its within RP and complies with the rules. We dont tolerate outbursts no matter who they are and even if they break rules.

Its not acceptable. I will however give you another chance, any slip ups and more outbursts and you will be gone.
