Having check the notes using the Stats page, I have found that I was banned for the following messages I sent via the OOC channel:
06/30/2016 at 7:04 PM: "Shadow, get on ts now or you will be reported"
06/30/2016 7:04 PM (Unknown) Sam I have a recording of you VDM me then RDM me

Why should we unban you ?
I completely understand I made a mistake, even though I knew that this was a rule; I realise this was unacceptable. The following doesn't excuse what I did at all but I hope it can help to show why I did it and that I realised my mistake quickly.

It was the first time I has been RDM'd on this server and had the evidence to report the person, which I did and he was eventually banned. I think because this is the first time it has happened to me, I struggled to control my emotions and let them get the better of me.
After the incident, I realised I had made a mistake and tried to retract back and make sure it was clear I wasn't threatening anything, as seen in this screenshot:

I then continued to try to get the player to go to TS as the rules state I should:

I eventually reported him because I was unable to resolve it with the player.

I've been back playing on this server for the past 2 weeks and I'm absolutely loving it. I'm newish to RP but I'm enjoying it more than I ever thought I would. I even brought a taxi license and actively RP as a taxi driver. I eventually would like to apply to the Police once I feel like I have enough experience on the server. I have most definitely learnt from my mistake and I think I can be an asset to this community in the future if I am given another chance.

In the future if someone breaks a rule, please remember this an adult server. You do not curse at them, spam side chat asking them TS now, or threaten to report them. You ask the person to the RPUK teamspeak to resolve it, and if they ignore you, just place the report up.

Here at RPUK we take the rules and roleplay very seriously. Please read over the rules before you play again, because if you reoffend within a 3 month period from this date you find yourself subject to a permanent ban without appeal.
