In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I shot at and killed an Altis Life player who I had no way of knowing was part of a group attacking my group, there for RDM'd him.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have been in this community for a few months now, and in that time have belonged to a few groups who have generally been dedicated to quality role play, from acting out Religious Cleansing (which was described as some of the best role play the participants have ever experienced on the server), to group music nights and giving new players guided tours around the island in helicopters.
Since I managed to establish myself with all the vehicles and in game items I need, I also strive to help random new players with donations of cash/items weapons and advice and I am always quick to answer questions posed by new players in the side chat in game.
As the leader of different groups I have also taken in new players and tried to show them the right way to play the game, the correct attitude to have and am always keen to recruit people who get on well with the group, are mature and friendly and willing to have good banter rather than their combat ability within game and desire to "win" all the time.
Whilst I 100% understand the total misjudgement I made, and shall strive at all times to ensure I do not misjudge a situation like this again, for my own personal development within the game, if possible I would appreciate if an admin could have a short chat with me or a mentor at some point to discuss potential scenarios that may occur in game which would empower me to be able to make the right decision at all times which is what I would like to do.
I feel like I am the type of player that this server would like within the community, I am a mature player with a wealth of life experience to bring to the game being ex military and security services, and rarely involved in any rule breaking confrontations.
I apologise to the player I shot and did not compensate, and to the admins who have to take the time out to read and action this case.
