Reason given for your ban.
I believe I have been incorrectly banned, for apparently hacking. 1) I thought with the Battleeye client you couldn't even hack 2) I commented on this thread awhile ago when I just started the server and an admin removed my comment gave me 0 warning points as he confirmed it wasnt me and removed my comment... you can check this warning on my profile

I believe I was wrongly banned, I would happily talk to an admin in TeamSpeak if needed about why they think it was me, however I don't have no evidence that it wasn't me which is hard. The other day I logged on and there was 3 users with the name of Brandon online at the same time?
Why should we unban you.
1) I started off as a black guy with camo facepaint which this player doesn't have, which now I have changed to default due to people making comments about the camoflague on my face saying why do I wipe myself with shit so I changed it to stop the annoying comments. My character is currently bald with no hair? Also I've been shot and killed a few times surely if that was me I would never die?
On the above I do not see a login for me at the time I was apparently banned which was the 30th of January at 20:50 on server 1. I've made the 3 logins around and on that time underlined and bold I don't believe i was on the server at the time due to my previous login to joining server 2 at 23:52~. Was on the 28 according to the list
Here is a screenshot of a Video I was taking when my HD PVR 2 when I was testing it out on the 25th January, you can see in the picture I have a camouflage on my Characters face, as you see it on his right ear and neck.
Also you can see the tag under my name which shows I'm in the gang... this shows the gang I created under the name of "W_E Sausage Syndicate" was pre to my supposed "hacking". In the video on the 30/01/2016, it shows the player not in the gang, however I own this gang and have been in it since it has been started. This video was recorded on the 25/01/2016.
p.s. sorry for the spam of replies but trying to make as much evidence as I can to prove it wasn't me
I know about the rules for not posting in a thread not directly related however i feel my evidence is probative...
Myself and City Wok got into a small dispute on the 2nd Feb about a robbery we did against the W_E Sausage Syndicate and Brandon was involved. I have a video from the incident as i always do which shows that he was in fact still in the clan on the 2nd of Feb and was perfectly able to be killed (the deaths of all their gang was actually the cause of the discussion). This corroborates with Brandon's earlier post.
They were very civil when we chatted on team speak and willing to take on board advice about the rules that were a confusion to them, so (with my reputation on the line) i would place him in the category of a decent community member.
@ArrogantBreadI personally know I haven't done it and have worked with scraps of evidence to try prove its not me
May I ask of the evidence it is me?
I would prefer if we had some sort of meeting in teamspeak as I really don't understand how you can prove it was me if it wasn't I understand from your side of things you go by the logs and honestly I agree they tell the truth however what logs are saying I've done it cause I would like to know how the assumption has ended up on me (I know it is an assumption as I haven't done and there is a lack of evidence somewhere, may I see your evidence ) , I've spent £40 on a game and not even had it a month been playing like 8-16 hours a day and you think I'd hack and waste £40 I bought it for the rp servers. I've been killed multiple times and don't understand how it is assumed it's me when I clearly haven't done it otherwise I would never die.
@ArrogantBreadalso I clearly stated above the report as if your banned while you offline it is clear someone has reported you, have you even read my whole unbann appeal?
im not trying be to hostile in this situation but how do you disapprove a group of admins who go by logs which any admin would go by?
Are they 100% sure they reported from the right server? and within 1 hour of each side of the "hacking" time there was no other Brandons on across the 3 servers?

Over the last weekend I've been thinking about the ban, another thing I was thinking that you need BattleEye to join Altis Life UK right? and if you get caught hacking I thought you achieved a lovely global ban from IB itself on all their games, over the last week to keep myself entertained I've been hoping around servers in hope to be unbanned one point which clearly shows I've been using battleeye as I haven't been global banned and surely if I was hacking I would have a global ban. Sorry @Neo and @ArrogantBread for be annoying and I know you prob don't need anymore of my input as a judgement will likely be made.

Battleye bans for third party hacking software such as aimbots, ESP, and stuff that is client side. However if someone knows what they're doing, they can get the in game scripting to set them invulnerable. Battleeye is also not 100% secure/perfect.
Look, If I message you it will extend it... If I comment on it again it will extend it... I've been banned for nearly 20 days now for something I haven't done, I've been checking back on the forum everyday and the suspense is killing me I really hope I am unbanned. I've asked for evidence it was me and asked if I can speak to you but I've not been supplied anything so I'm confused why I've been banned for so long. I understand you go by what you got but I would like to know what you got that says its me. I really miss this server as this was my first server, just been playing over 1 month and half on arma since I got it and have put 300 hours into the game and loved every minute it's just a shame that I cant spend it on the roleplay server I enjoy the most.
