In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
RDM - Random Death match, which is where you kill a fellow player without a required high quality roleplay with a decent reason for your action, and allowing them enough time to respond to the situation.
Baiting - Flying low in a chopper to gain some sort of initiation for a gun fight.
Why should we unban you.
Although in my own words to why I've been banned I explained the rules which I broke, I wasn't meaning to actually break them. I was initially scouting the area for my fellow friends who had a truck full of drugs they needed to sell. I flew low over two guys to try make them leave the area, I didn't mean this in no way as initiation or baiting I just wanted to try warn them of the upcoming situation. In the video you can see I land either side of the car however the aggressive stance of the guy next to the car made me feel he was a hostile person who was ready to kill so I flew low over to the other side, there he still aimed his gun at me and felt it was risking my life jumping out the heli to talk to him. They then fired warning shots at me which from my point of view was at my helicopter and I didn't respond being in a hellcat which has a fair bit of armour I didn't feel the need to scram the area as I had a drug truck coming in, I decided to fly up the hill to scout around still and they persisted to shoot more shots at my heli, which from my point of view again was at my heli. I didn't see tracers as well as it being day, I felt they were aimed at me so I jumped out my helicopter, assuming that 2+ lots of shots at me was a type of initiation, I killed one of the guys who from my point of view was behind the car aiming at me in a hostile manner. I didn't realise this was RDM and wasn't intending to bait them to shoot at me, however I did make a huge mistake in jumping out my helicopter and doing so and I deeply apologise for the misunderstanding I caused.

In the report a player I felt what I done wasn't wrong which is why you can see me defending myself as I didn't realise what I done was rule breaking as in my right I felt I responded correctly to the situation. However, it turns out I didn't, again I would like to apologise for my actions and I deeply regret what I done.
Now here is why I believe you should unban me:
Although I know this is my second big mistake which contains multiple rules both RDM and Baiting. Since my first ban which was within my first week of owning arma being a hobo and learning my ways around, I made a huge mistake of the NLR. I admit yes I didn't read all the rules prior to this as I had a lack of understanding to what a real serious RP server was as I'm not going to lie this was my first ever encounter of RP. However, ever since then I have kept my self a fairly clean record making near to no mistakes within my time. I have no been playing Altis Life for a good 3+ months with a good 400-500 hours ingame time, which I have deeply enjoyed every minute of it!
This is my next big mistake I myself have made and understand the actions of the admins which banned me, however I felt during the situation how I responded was right at the time as I didn't realise 2+ lots of shots at my heli wasn't a type of initiation, however everyone makes mistakes and has to learn from these mistakes which I have definitely learnt from. I made a appeal last night which Farmer gratefully removed for me as I made a mistake of being far to vague, however speaking to farmer and rabbit in member support last night made me realise how great this community is and how much I would miss it if I didn't make a serious appeal as I made a mistake. Over night I have thought about my actions and understand the admins decision, however the guy who reported me didn't really try to sort it out with me and I would of happily accepted my mistake and compensated him for the damaged I caused. However being banned as also made me realise how much I love Altis Life and I'm gutted I probably won't be on over the next week or two or maybe even longer! At this point I would again like to say how deeply sorry I am for my actions.
Another reason for why you should unban me is because I'm really not here for the gunfight I'm more here for the RP. I firstly joined the police about a couple of weeks ago and didn't feel the police RP was 100% for me due to the constant gun fights and the half hearted RP due to people being pissed off with me for giving them a ticket, I felt grudges were likely to take place and felt I couldn't be bothered with it all anymore. So soon after I joined the medics. After two nights of work, 1 day off and the sunday meeting I gained a promotion to First Aider. You are probably asking the relevance of this? Well 4 days of being a student and getting a promotion was quite an achievement in my eyes, I very quickly picked up the ropes and gained excellent feedback from some of the people I worked with such as Issac Hunt and Charlie Pollin. Also I was able to attend situations as a student by myself where I could of made a mistake of combat logging and even when people came up with the craziest of stories such as they had been shot however, their eyes were hurting cause the police were next to them, I was able to carry on a roleplay story with how they felt, not what was actually wrong. I gained a recommendation from Tomthedoge about this RP situation, which he has already put up for me before I asked him if he could recommend me as I wanted to become an independent roleplayer in the medics as I felt this was the job for me.
Also last night I logged on at 8pm and had a situation with some officers. This RP lasted around 2 hours which I gained a recommendation for my high quality RP where situation turned drastically and there was multiple situations between the very few people involved. One of the officers was actually planning to log off however he stayed for the RP situation which I take as a compliment as he was going to probably go bed however he was far to much enjoying himself. I think this a good example of what I'm actually about.

Within the few gangs I've been in I've always tried to make myself the pilot of a helicopter as I do very much enjoy watching the situation from the skys, and have been there to pick up people to get them out of situation into safety, so I wasn't greatly involved in the gunfights. The other night me and two friends decided to open up a new RP opportunity for ourselves which we created "The Hobo Defence League" this is a gang purely created for the RP of standing up for the hobos as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Yes there is an element of gunfight involved however we are more there for helping hobos gets a place in the community by gearing and defending them as well as learning the ropes. A serious RP server takes time to get use to and a bit of guidance from someone with experience, and I felt I was able to help via making this gang with my friend. Yes hobos get a bad name but sometimes you can honestly meet the nicest people you have ever met however they lack friendship and find it hard to learn the ropes by themselves when their night consists of being robbed at the peach field for all they have got. This RP of robbing hobos works, however I find it lacks a lot of quality RP which is why again I feel the need to support hobos in their early days of a journey, and boost their RP. The other night me and my friends had a situation where we was being pulled over for having a illegal weapon, and ArrogantBread turned up as the Armed Response unit in a hunter, to which AR are generally quite a trigger happy lot who I find are called to clear a situation via a gunfight... however with my MXM and illegal attachments I was actually able to RP myself out the first situation. Later on we ended up in another police chase where we got killed, and I was actually slightly annoyed that the 8+ police officer left the area after they killed us and me and my friend daddy pryce wanted to be revived by a medic and have be able to RP the situation afterward which I believed again I messaged ArrogantBread asking if they all had left via teamspeak.
I really honestly hope you can see who I really am within the community and how much I actually enjoy player arma. All the events above which I have spoken about are actually within the last 2-3 days apart from the medic situation and that I have 2-3 stories to talk about I see as quite an achievement and really shows I do enjoy roleplaying on the server.
Again I am deeply sorry what the mistakes I made and really do hope you will unban me for the situation I have done, however the decision is up to the admins as whatever punishment they give me I will have to accept for the mistakes I have made.
