I was banned due to not giving a player enough time to respond to my requests when under gunpoint (RDM). I was also banned for Metagaming, but I think this is a false reason, the report thread here.

Why should we unban you.
Well basically, I fucked up. I made a mistake, the situation was a-lot more heated than the video seems, a-lot of the situation that lead up to my actions was missed in the video. I messed up, I am very sorry, I acknowledge that I should've gave him a lot more time and when/if I get banned I'll be sure to improve on my role-play, again I'm very sorry. I know the rules and you have to understand that this was a honest mistake, I'm very sorry.

Wow.. That video was absolutely pathetic.. Can you please advise me why you joined a serious RP server if only to behave like this? You shot someone because he wouldn't let you pilot the helicopter?

 
Like I said there was a-lot of things that led up to the decision, as I said I'm very sorry and I fucked up. I've learnt my lesson.

For example; He charged us a-lot more for guns, considering he was supposed to be our 'friend', he also tried charging us 50K for a suit at the Montana trader, he also back stabbed us several times before, it wasn't just for the helicopter, but like I said the video does only show that situation and nothing before it. 

Still this doesn't excuse what I did and again I'm sorry.

It was my bad, I've learnt my lesson, and I'm sorry. Next time, I'll give at least 10 seconds for someone to do an action and when I'm roleplaying I'll then use in-game mic, I'm very sorry, thanks for reading.
