BradleeyDon has opened an un-ban appeal

Your Steam Profile ID: Legit Brad
Your GUID or Steam ID: Ohbradman
Date & Time you was banned:: 28/07/2015 about 8.30
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Walt
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: during a robbery we told the officer to drop his weapon but he didnt comply so we opened fire we also put 3 x 30 round 9mm rounds in him and he didnt even flinch.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: RDM maybe but we was in RP so we dont understand
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: we've only just started playing the role playing server yesterday and were still adjusting to how its played, and i think its quite a severe punishment considering we weren't even aware we were doing something wrong.

Was pursued by Police, and after a minor gunfight was hit by Rubber Bullet gun and restrained. Whilst he was restrained he used the animation to begin firing at the Officer in an attempt to kill him.

Well can your officer explain why my 30 round mag didn't kill him, point blank every bullet hit him yet I get banned because it says I was unrestrained due to excessive re-strainment time ?

 
Could be a number of reasons... bad shot, desync the script having you still restrained but on your client not.

Either way killing the police should always be the last thing on your mind, this is a RP server so speaking out of a situation and using your head always ends up turning out better.

Going forward if your restrained and you get unrestrained roleplay and talk with the officers, i am guessing you didnt say "ohh my handcuffs slipped off officer" or something similar ?

So we can put our minds at rest in terms of unbanning you can you confirm you understand this is a serious rp community ?
