In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Personally i think that the person that submitted the report had the wrong idea on who i was speaking to. I have tried to resolve it with her as i believe that what she was thinking was wrong. Im not saying she has no reason to be mad because if it was me in her position i would be mad too. For the fact that she has denied talking to me about it makes me upset as i know i had no intention to make her sad or feel discriminated.

The reason why i was banned was for pretending to touch her butt. That was what the report said. The reason why i think i was banned is invalid. I would say that i have learnt from my actions but i have really in my eyes done nothing wrong, that could all change if i had the chance to speak to her and she could explain to me why she felt upset about the situation. If she genuinely felt hurt by what i was saying that thats fine but like i said it was not to her and it was to my other friend "KillerSky"

The words i said was "Swiggity Swooty, im coming for the booty" which is a pingu meme. I was saying to killersky to have a little laugh. I also said "Bing bing, bong" which is also another meme from donald trump and i was just randomly saying that for no reason. Then the bret guy in the blue shirt came up behind her and started to crouch up and down pretending to touch her butt. Thats when i said look! hes touching your butt! go and arrest him ect...

What im trying to say is that i never meant to hurt anyones feeling intentionally and i was really just messing about. I never meant it towards anyone and was just randomly saying stuff while walking about. I was never trying to touch her butt and i never intended to.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned since i believe that from my point of view i didnt mean or intend to do anything that was breaking the rules. If from her point of view that i did or from staff point of view that i did do something wrong then i will apologise and i will learn from my mistakes as it was never intended to break a rule and i didnt think by what i was doing was breaking any rules in the first place.

You may not have intended to make her feel the way she did but you did, you was asked to stop multiple times and carried on laughing with your friends acting the big man while a member of the community was being discriminated because of her being a women, which is not on. Why didn't you stop when you can clearly tell, she was serious and you can clearly hear in her voice that it's having an effect on her? 

How well do you know her in this community?

(I'm not naming her for a reason as I don't know if she would appreciate that or not therefore we will keep it to a she or her in this appeal.)

Why didn't you say sorry when she typed that message? You just continued on like nothing happened?

Why did you carry on when she said stop?

Like i have said previously, the things i was saying were not to her. I wasn't even pointing the finger to her blatantly saying what i said. I was talking and saying all that in game yes. But that was all to killer sky which was my friend there at the time. After i was saying that this other person then came up behind her crouching up and down behind her. She asking him to stop. Not me. He proceeded to then run off into the trees/bushes and i then started talking to the officers that she was with.

To be honest i didn't see any message and if i seen a message i would of responded. And as i mentioned before i didn't do anything to her in any shape or form. This is why i'm so confused on why i am banned and in the video that was reported what sufficient evidence that was appropriate to be able to ban me.

If your saying by what i was saying to my friend is immature then i will agree not to say that again. But as i mentioned before i know sexual RP is not good. And to be fair i have never, nor wanted to do it ever! So i assure you with all my promises and heart that i will never say anything as such again.

The evidence is evidently enough, hence why the ban was placed, no? You claim that it wasn't directed at her but was directed at Killersky but all comments, movements of character face you towards her, correct? It's easy for us to distinguish who you're aiming it all at, by your characters movement and body language (yes this is Arma and we cannot control each and everything thing out character does, but you can control the direction of which you're facing.)

I don't feel as though you are being entirely truthful in the this appeal and I feel as though you haven't come to terms and acknowledged your actual wrongdoings.
