I watched the video where he submitted the report, and I agree on that video it definitely looks like I should be banned. He didn't hear me right before I shot him even though i started yelling while on the quad and kept yelling untill right before I shot. Either he edited the audio out before he uploaded the clip or i have no idea how he couldnt hear me.
Why should we unban you.
I started yelling to him to put his hands up and stop running even before I jumped off my quadbike and even louder as soon as i stepped of it. And i yelled 4-5 times super loud, but he didnt react so i thought he was going to run and pull up his gun and try to defend himself, so I shot him since he didn't listen. My friend who was on a quadbike 15m behind me even heard me yelling several seconds before i shot him. I wish i had a recording from my PoV to prove it. I know the rules and I never break them, and I don't think i deserve a ban due to him using super low ingame voice settings, and probably some bug that he didn't hear me before or as i said he could have edited it out just to get me banned.

Look VERY closely between 20.00 and 21.00 seconds in the video, RIGHT after i speak he fast forwards the clip to make it seem like there was even a shorter time peried in between me telling him to stop and shooting. Though that was the 3rd or 4th time i told him to stop right there.
You can see its fastforwarded by : Looking how he is running, Looking at the incoming speed on my buddy on the quadbike beside him in the end, and on the minimap how be bursts forward faster between 20 and 21 seconds. Also at around 18-19 seconds in the clip you can see it "lagging forward" he has cut the video to cut out my voice even there, and to make it seem like less time has passed.
