In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was trying to say my side of the story i made everything clear what i did wrong and people was getting confused saying i keep changing my story. People that was not even there saying i was lying and keep changing my story. We sat in TS for 30 mins arguing about the dumbest s***. I go so fed up i just said "mate lets just go back to HQ and continue RP" I then got no reply from anyone. I then said to the SPC "mate what do you want to happen?" Silence. I then repeated it, and again silence. Me and my friend was the only one speaking in the TS so it made us sound condescending. Being the only one speaking and the only one asking questions and wanting answers should not make me look like the bad guy. Others that are not there when the situation happened should not make it look like im trolling.

Why should we unban you ?
I use the server to speak to gang members and to talk to other friends on the server, I also think if a issue does come up again (some things i do in game are controversial) I need to come on team speak and talk and show my side of the story. Im sorry and this will not happen again.

Also before i was banned the support member said "You kept us here for 30 mins now you are trolling." When i was the one who wanted to leave and carry on the RP. Saying i was the reason for us staying there for 30 mins is just complete wrong.

And ill let Robbie also give in his info aswell for the situation. In the link it shows you admitting to lockpicking when multiple people saw you doing it in bluezone which factors into this situation.

Right, I joined the police/rebel liaison room about 12:10am, when I joined the channel straight away the attitude from yourself was quite shocking and I kicked you telling you to chill (<00:17:04> "Bobby Shmurda" was kicked from the server by "Robbie" (come back when you have chilled out)) after this you did seem to calm down however, you lied multiple times whilst trying to resolve the issue thinking we wouldn't find out despite us trying our best to sort it out for you. And about us "arguing about the dumbest S***" this was mainly because you was not honest with us from the start was you. quite frankly you took the piss out of the police who was trying to sort out the issue @Conner Merlinwho also joined in trying to sort the issue out for you and then me which quite frankly at this time of night I do not appreciate my time being wasted!

Reading back what i said was stupid. My bad

To me this is about being banned on team speak not anything that happened in game. On team speak i was banned for "carrying this on for 30 mins and trolling" I was the only one that said this is stupid and we could carry on the RP in game. I was not trolling at all.

I think this might also incorperate with the issue with you breaking rules in game also as this is also factoring in. the rule being lockpicking inside the bluezone which you were involved in.

This is a report about me being banned on TS. Anything that happened in game does not matter, if i get banned in game then i will make a report about that but for now lets keep it about TS please.

Like i keep saying I was banned for "carrying this on for 30 mins" when i was the only one willing to carry on RP AFTER the server reset and AFTER i got banned on team speak and even asking the guy what he wanted to do. I was saying multiply times that this is stupid and getting out of hand, seems like i was the only one talking and doing anything.  Also since then i have apologized to both  CST Jefke V  and  Robbiee.

i will look over the ts ban later today as we have a 24 hour cool down after ban before we take full action. while in that time frame i was willing to let you understand and apologies so i would not have to ban in game and cause you more problems. As from hearing other evidence on situation, ill be banning under lock picking in GZ just so you are aware.

But on the TS ban, I will continue the review of your ts ban later today as we have some time to look over it.

Lmao. This is how you know the situation is messed up, you cant even get the facts right. I will be doing my dispute now.

 
in the factor of the ts discussion, i had checked with Robbie on it on what happened and im more likely to trust him on than that of your info. if you have any evidence that he was doing it wrong etc. Then I am very happy to look at it as it will make this situation much easier to sort out and help me fully see what happened. thanks

Sorry I was not recording at the time but i have just made my unaban appeal and it says my side of the story. Please note when i was writing this TS appeal i was very salty and i should have waiting to do it the next day like I did here:




 
I will temporary unban you so you can talk to me or robbie. only come on ts for that and we will see what the conclusion is after that. ill message you when we do the temp unban so we can talk about 10pm
