In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned as I abused the spawn script within the server as I was in a helicopter and soft logged to Kavala. Within the helicopter the pilot didn't want to land to let me out because I was having trouble with my parachute and couldn't put it on, I was in the helicopter trying to get the parachute on for 5 minutes but it wouldn't work and seemed to be glitched rather than jump out to my death I decided to log out and spawn at Kavala.

Why should we unban you ?
I did not intend to break rules here I was being stupid and not thinking, I have never been banned or received warning points before in my time on the server. My intent here was not to gain from the 'teleport' as I wasn't gaining much and the only thing I would of been keeping was the weapon I had which I wasn't too bothered about, I guess that at the time I thought it was acceptable to do what I did as the helicopter was glitched, I knew what I did was bad and I thought that if an Admin had seen it they would have spoke to me like the usually do with people before banning them and give me time to explain, but I do understand why I was in the wrong. My intent here was not to gain from the 'teleport' at all, simply due to the fact that I was unable to equip a parachute and therefore parachute from the helicopter which I would of been happy to do as you can see in the video I am trying very hard to equip it. I was just joking around, I know it sounds stupid now within roleplay but at the time I wasn't thinking about what I was saying, even though I know that's not an excuse I was just being an idiot and was getting annoyed at the fact I couldn't put the parachute on. In future I will avoid saying stuff which doesn't sound good in rp as well as that I will contact an Admin in game for advice if something like this was to reoccur before I do something stupid.

 
Indeed. 

It would be like a medic telling you that you can't possibly shoot him, as he has a go pro. How ridiculous that sounds. 

Now if you will, could you explain in your own words why you think we have rule 2.11. 

Also despite you being banned under 2.11 I think in reality this is more akin to 2.5. So if you could also explain that one.

 
We have rule 2.11 to avoid people teleporting for multiple reasons those being that it is just bad roleplay for someone to just disappear and reappear somewhere else as that would never happen in reality and is just bad rp. It is also in place to avoid people gaining from it, for example storing vehicle filled with diamond in Athira garage to then soft log and spawn at Agios and take out the truck as it would mean less time taken to do the run, this denys roleplay to any people that the person would meet along the way it is also stupid because like I said it would never happen in a real scenario.

2.5 is combat logging this occurs when a player leaves the game at any point throughout rp and therefore denys other players rp, this would lead to a bad experience for other players and having experienced it a multitude of times whilst being on patrol as a Medic, I fully grasp the reason why players are annoyed about this reason.

To add to this like I said, my intention was not to log out to avoid rp, I was in the helicopter at that altitude for a large amount of time and I believed that I was unable to equip the parachute within the helicopter due to a glitch. However I do understand that there is a wide range of ways I could have gone about doing something about this perhaps by texting an admin or even '//' in vehicle chat to ask for advice.

 
It seems you have a firm grasp of how you should behave in the future and the rules you have broken. 

So, if you were to be unbanned due to the nature of your equipment, i'm sure you can appreciate I will be stripping your gear so that you are not profiting from this process. I.e. keeping the equipment you were intending to save. 

Also, I will be requiring you to wear a parachute every time you enter a helicopter for the next 7 days. 

Is that understood?
