In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: For breaking rp when asked I said that I was recording the situation then realised that I had broken rp and said sorry "I meant on a go pro" and apparently being a "troll"

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have done quite alot including helping at the night club etc and helped the ARAC guy by paying him a high amount to help him out. Also have recently taken a new player into our gang and showed him how to play the game properly (how to run drugs and repair vehicles) we also gave him a full set of rebel gear. Now that I have read the rules I understand RP a bit better as it is a rule that can be stretched but. And as far as being called a "troll" all you need to do is look at my hours on this server and how much stuff I own to see that I am not a troll but a feisty Scottish man, Ill have a talk with the officer in question as I did try to talk to him after the situation but he had logged out and sort out our differences to see how I can better help the RP experience, I have complied with Police 99% of the time and have actually been labelled a snitch for letting the police know a location of a gang fight. So Im sorry for whatever I have been accused of, I would appreciate another chance, much love Simon

Though I may be Simon's friend, I do honestly believe that he better understands the rules of the server and how heavily you, the admins, enforce these rules and will therefore better himself in the game. I genuinely believe he deserves a second chance in your server.

Yeah he said that I was a troll, when if anything I was trying to make sure that they were following the rules, because I seen the police in that spot multiple times. I made a mistake with the rp thing but that was a one off because I was annoyed about being arrested for trying to do the right thing. Thanks Derick, Me and Derick do regularly go on the server and have great rp, we have taken people hostage and made them dance/sing and even gave people demons which is a great laugh, sorry about the situation but if you were to check this is a one off disagreement with a police officer as I thought I was doing, but after checking the rules I realized I was wrong and I am sorry.

3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

To be honest this was a one off, the officer who arrested me was rather forcing and I got annoyed, now that Ive read more into the rp rule I can kinda understand the ban but I get it now. Usually I will rp with everyone but the guy really got on my nerves, My group usually RP as a bunch of delinquents so we usually get a good response but I couldn't keep my head.
