In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was shooting out of a red zone. Its simple i made a mistake by shooting out of a red zone even though my team mates was getting also shot outside of the red zone. I understand that why i got banned, but on another hand there was multiple occasions where i have been shot outside of a red zone and even died by someone outside of red zone multiple times. It was a stupid idea to shoot at someone outside of a red zone and i did it anyways not thinking of the consequences.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because i understand everything i did wrong and can honestly say that it will not happen again, i have never been banned from this server nor been in serious trouble with admins. I can say as many times that what i did was wrong but thats not going to change the fact that i did what i did, all i can say is that it will never happen again. I have put most of my hours into roleplay because it is fun and addictive and I feel that I should get unbanned so i can bring more great RP scenarios to this server. I have always loved this server and I totally understand that roleplay is always taken 100% seriously with no exceptions for anyone and the breaking of rules can be punishable by ban.
I want to 100% reassure you that i have thoroughly read all the rules since appealing for my ban and I really hope that this can all be dealt with accordingly.

You say that you put most of your hours into roleplay and that you have never been in serious trouble with the admins before.

However you have been issued an official warning in this appeal



 You have also been warned for exploiting tower doors when getting breached by the police. You are pretty lucky not to be banned before this incident. Both warnings have been issued in the past few months.

With all three combined Its not a good record even if you do not think its "Serious"

The rule that I broke is : (6.3.3) For Red zone specific rules to apply, both shooter and victim must be inside the Red zone.

I understand this rule and have read through the rules multiple times while i have been banned. When i broke this rule I was outside of a redzone on the bench of a hummingbird and I was shooting into a redzone and at other people that was outside of the redzone for the fact that one of my gang members was taking shots on top of Riga hill which was 1.6km away from the redzone  which i believe it was someone shooting in the redzone but then i then saw they guy 800m away from the redzone shooting my gang members ontop of Riga hill (my gang member was spotting nothing else) at that point i thought to myself if my gang member is getting shot outside of a red zone then that makes it a active gunfight in and out of the redzone but as i have now read though the rules again multiple times i can now see that it does not mean that it is a active gun fight, I should of sent an admin request when i say the guy shooting but i acted without thinking which lead to this situation.

As for the report that you linked above that was sorted by and admin on the post and i now see that what i did was wrong and it will not happen again.

As for the DMT door exploiting after i spoke with the admin when they told me that i could not do it and i then proceeded to speak with him to clarify a few more rules as at that time i was quite new to the server and didn't understand the rules fully. I understand opening and shutting doors while cops are breaking in is against the rules, I only knew this when i spoke with the admin after on teamspeak.

I take my RP very serious which I can get multiple people to backup on that one every time it comes to a RP situation either with Cops, Medics, Civs i always take it serious and do it to the best of my ability with the information i am given in RP, Every time i have been downed and the medics have come i always RP it with then for a good 10-15 mins also depending on the circumstances of the situation. Every Hostage situation or every interaction i get into with people i always RP to the best of my ability i understand that sometimes it might not be the greatest but everyone makes mistakes and i understand now that when i was shooting the guy that it was wrong and all i can say is that i apologise an that it will not happen again.

I will take more care with the things i will be doing on the server at all times from now on an i will watch my RP and get feedback from other members to see what i need to improve with it. I will also watch the people i am hanging around with IG because i have seemed to only get into trouble with a select few people, from now on i will watch everything i do and get feedback from Staff an members when i can.
