In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned due to "Harbouring Banned Member", but I actually need to know that the player has been banned to know this is an issue. The banned individual that was in the channel did not inform us that he was indeed, banned.

Why should we unban you.
Because I have been here for over a year. I did not mean to break any rules, and considering my position within the staff team I would not jeopardise my position. I hope to be here for much longer.

So your a mentor and your main excuse is how would you know he is banned, have you never used the stats page ? - http://stats.altislife.co.uk/playerlist.php?search=dzul&searchtype=name

I am not aware of this i am sure @Neo has more information to why he thinks this member was known to the people in the channel so i will leave it to him

Looking at Dzul's bans and warnings on his profile i can see he did not conduct himself very well here so rightfully not welcome.

 
@BlackJack, Thank-you for you for posting this unban appeal so we can get to the bottom of this incident without misunderstanding.

For just over a week, Mr Dzul has been joining TS using a VPN, and a different name of "Wadim", VPN's do stick out, especially when they use russian IP's.......

You state above you know it's DZUL, and I also know he's mentioned to people in that channel that he's now "wadim" due to being community banned.

I find it hard to believe you did not know a "friend" was community banned especially for disrespecting a member of the staff team..

@BlackJack This doesn't make a lot of sense.... can you see our point of view?

I can see your point of view, but I can honestly say, he did not tell us he was banned. 

I had not had contact with Dzul for a while, when he joined the team speak room, I even asked where he had been and why he did not have his channel admin tag. In reply to this he said he got a new computer, I took his word for it. Now I can see that it has now blown back right in our faces.

But I do not understand why we weren't just told he was banned instead of us being banned on the spot. I fell like I should be shown a little more respect to be honest. Than just banned without even spoken to.

there were no clues as to why he was banned, are we suppose to guess he was banned? But I suppose I should have done a back ground check on him just to make sure..

If I have to talk to every person who breaks a rule of some sort, i'd be working 24/7 to keep on top of the work....

Ban first, questions later.

Most people seem to know dzul was CB'd, people love gossip...

If we treat people differently, then where is the fairness.

Unbanned via TS, but seriously, I find this very hard to believe.
