In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i went to the gallery where there was a shoot out between me and cops and i got killed then they tryed to take me to a medic but i bled out then i went back to the gallery because i thought the paintings were still there so i could make my money back so i went near my last death.

Why should we unban you ?
i think you should unban me because i have learnt my lesson to not break NLR as i thought it was where i bled out is where im not allowed to go so im truly sorry for breaking the rules and i have read over it and fully understood it . Please unban me because i dont have anything else to do all day as no other rp servers are quite serious and not as good as this one.

Go find the NLR rules on the rule page and put them into your own words for me please. 

 
In my own words the NLR rules basically say that you do not remember anything of your previous life and you cant bring up any situation what happend in that time or go back there to go get something e.g a car or things on your character. The being downed part of NLR is that you cannot communicate with any of your friends through the radio and only in direct chat if they're in talking range unless you are the victim of purposeful rdm/vdm and you cannot get into combat situations for 15mins after you are revived.
