In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned for RDM'ing cops as they pulled us over without any initiation. Was given chance to resolve case, but no contact taken.
Why should we unban you.
I'll start with the episode of the RDM. Me and my friends were robbing people at the drug store in Kavala. Suddenly the cops came and tried to pull us over, but we tried to escape untill a lagspike popped our tiers. By the rules we can't kill cops without rp initiation first. While we were being chased we thaught we heard the cops yell "pull over", we assumed that this would count as initiation, but we/I seem to have been mistaken.
One of the cops in the vehicle that was killed filed a report on the forum for rdm, he claims to have sent ingame messages, but I recieved no such thing.
I replied at the forum post trying to explain, and say that I did not mean for it to be RDM and wanted to resolve the case, and was willing to compensate for lost gear and vehicles. The Admin, Thesoldier, replied and said that we could talk and resolve the case ourselves before he took any actions. I took this as a gesture of good faith and wanted to talk to the cop, but he was not on teamspeak at the time and it slipped my mind. I was not on teamspeak while playing the other days which made it difficult for any of us to get contacted of eachother, beacuse we were not necessarily on the same server which meant no ingame messages either. Ater the second day the incident had completly slipped my mind and was not reminded until i tried to join the server today (26.12.2015) and found myself banned. I found this quite sad as I enjoy the server and have met people i can even call my "friends". I completly understand the mistake I made (both ingame and not talking to the cop) and knows what rules were broken. I am quite fond of rp'ing myself and thinks its a shame it came to this. I have talked to the cop after the ban and tried to explain my story and try to prove that I am not a rule-brakeing asshole, but a serious player. I completly regret my actions have high hopes to maybe join the server againt some day. I have even red the rules a couple more times now just to understand what rules i broke and how. I really hope that you may understand that I regret and will be faar more thurow in the future.
EDIT:
Definition of RDM rule: Any kill of any player outside roleplay without any form of initiation. This rule also counts during police chases and being stopped by police. You can not kill without rp initiation.
