In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for running over my friend before a server restart. Which is in violation of Rule 2.1 [General Rules]

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

Why should we unban you ?
I think the Roleplay Staff Team should un-ban me because I think that the right time frame of punishment has been given. This is considering all of the factors. Yes I did run over my friend. This was responsible to my terrible driving skills. And in no way am I trying to make excuses, as I am accepting all responsibility for it. I would like to give my apologies to DELETER, for my actions on that day. I would also like to apologise to the Roleplay Community and Staff Team. For adding to the damage of the server. I did not in any way intend to harm any roleplay scenarios, or to disturb roleplay in any form. My intentions were not set out to troll or to be a nuisance to the server. I purely did it because I was messing around with my friend's sports hatchback which I repaired and stole off of him. I thought this was acceptable because I used to see other gangs mess around before restart. This was a bad influence on me. I have learnt from my mistakes now. And will assure you that an incident like this will not happen again.

I had set out to join the police force, and roleplay more with civillians. I hope this wont effect my future within this server. And I hope that we can come to some sort of arrangement.
Once again, I am sorry and I have learnt from my mistakes.

@TCK Matt Thank you for responding, here is the answer to your question:

VDM is where you run someone over either in combat or outside of combat. This excludes initiated MRAPS. 

RPUK has this rule in place to create a fair balanced gameplay in combat. In addition to this the rule protects roleplayers who would not want to be ran over, or ruin the fun.

I had a long and hard think, and from DELETER's point of view it may have looked like it was on purpose. And yes at the end of the day I did run somebody over. So I have come here to prove that I am ready to rejoin the community. In addition, I have accepted all responsibility for what I have done. The damage has already been done, and the punishment has been served. So I hope that we can move along from this.

Also I offer to take a form of punishment in-game. Such as a ban from leaving Green Zone, driving, guns - anything. I really want to rejoin the community and willing to do as much as I can to rejoin. Thank you for your time @Jefke V

From this point and onward, I will dedicate myself to bringing good role play. No matter what the situation. I will push to make sure that new members of the community are welcome here and set a better example. I will opt out of regular gunfight opportunities and steer towards a high standard of role play.

I look forward to coming back on the server, to show this community how good I have changed over these months. I have been invited by someone to join their RP group  so this will be the start of it too.
