In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think i was banned for killing an officer without being involved in RP.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think i should have my final chance because the whole situation was a missunderstanding. I think this can be said for almost all ban situations but mine was not blatant, I had reason for my action and people to back it up. The situation was simple my friend was being restrained and i killed an officer without him knowing of my whereabouts, i can see why he thought that this was RDM. I am aware of where I went wrong, i think that i should be given another chance as i know how to behave on these servers. All i am here to do is have fun and this situation was just a misunderstanding, i have never once been into trouble with admins for certain actions before. I am 100% sure now that anything like this will never happen to me again I have read the rules multiple times over I hope you can understand. Furthermore I would just like to say i have a massive love for this server and really want to continue to play

Doesnt sound like a misunderstanding to me, It sounds like RDM

To pull the trigger you need to have some serious / quality RP with the officer yourself, having a friend restrained is not a good reason a tall.

What would you do differently in the situation again, and if you were unbanned for a final chance would you agree to not go near a gun again for an entire month ?

I agree it was not acceptable to pull the trigger. I f were to be in the situation again I would have my friend restrained warn the officers that if they were not to let me go that my friend on the hill would open fire. I am pretty sure that if the cops knew of my whereabouts that this would not be considered RDM no more.I do understand the situation and can honestly say that i will not commit a banable offence again. As for the guns i can agree to never go near one for a month if it means getting un banned.

Yes i think that if the cops knew where i was, and my restrained friend threatened them that they would be killed by me, if he wasent let go that this would be good role play. They would probably call more cops to kill us regardless xD.

If i was in the situation again i would defiantly make sure that I would not make any rash decisions like killing the cop. I could have ran away, made my friend explain to the cops, come out to talk to them, there are probably more things i could do.

@Wilco Ok fair enough, maybe instead of just a threat given to the police I could have approached the police and begun a conversation, maybe discuss a solution instead of my friend being arrested. Shooting may have been a last resort and RP should always be forced to take part before it happens. Maybe just a situation where no guns were involved just a discussion on the matter. I think because i didnt talk to the officers or really wasent apart of the situation that this is bad RP.
