In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I believe I was banned for killing a police officer without making myself known to him. In other words RDM.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Random Death Match
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: When I was first banned I did not feel that I was in wrong. My gang member, [TKM] Sam, stated to the officer: "I've got a guy behind you, shoot me and your dead". In reflection it is terrible RP. However, I felt it is still in line with the rules of the server. Obviously I was incorrect to think this. Sam stated that there was another danger to the officers life. Without real care for his own life the officer continued to rubber bullet Sam. I decided to get into a better position and take out the officer.
The reason why I've taken so long to post a ban appeal was based on the fact I thought I was totally in the right. As well as this, I also thought a PSO and PSCO's weren't allowed to patrol on their own. They must also value their lives. Since the officer broke so many rules I felt annoyed that I was banned. No action was taken against him (that I know of).
I had to take some time out and take a breather to be honest. A week later I've refreshed my mind on all of the rules and I can see where I went wrong. I admit that I made a mistake. It is a real lesson learned for next time and I'm sure to make sure I'm known to any victim before taking lethal action. It was a silly mistake and I should have known better. I apologise for bad role play and I will make sure it will not ever happen again.
