I returned to the area we were held up against the police after dying.

Why should we unban you.
I returned to talk my mate down from the siege and didn't realise I was breaking the NLR. I have since re-read the rules and realise this was wrong of me and apologise.

How could you not have realised? You say re-read the rules, but if you didn't realise this, I doubt you read them at all to begin with?

I did a quick scan read and missed the part about the 1000m exclusion, so yes I have re read them and like I say I apologise and won't happen again. I only joined the server yesterday and enjoyed the rp on here unlike other servers.

Okay, explain the NLR rule to me please.

NLR is applies when either; you have been killed in RP, by a cop or involved in an accident. It means your character has then lost all memory of events before and you are not allowed within 1000m of where the incident  occurred for 15mins. You are also not allowed to take revenge.
