In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned for trolling Police Officers with a Go-Kart, or this is what has been explained to me anyway. I've been told by different staff members my ban also includes VDM and Baiting however I did neither of these things and I think the main thing is for the Go-Kart situation.

Why should we unban you ?
Firstly I'd like to apologize to any Police Officers I "trolled" as this was not my intention. As a ex-cop myself and who rarely comes on the server nowadays I thought I would have some fun with a Go-Kart and maybe get in some Police Chases (Most of the time ends in me going to Jail or crashing and dying), and I never once had a negative response from a Police Officer after the chase about trolling (In notes or out of roleplay). Therefore I believed what I was doing was fine as it wasn't harming anyone and it was fun roleplay (At certain times I had my name as "Mario" and playing mario music driving around in a go-kart. All of this in my mind was completely harmless and some fun different RP). However one of these days I bumped into Gurlanin and his crew in a Police Prowler and me doing what I was doing for the last couple days tempted them into a chase. If I had been approached before, in the middle or after this situation that these particular officers / staff member didn't approve of what I was doing and told me to stop I could completely understand and of course wouldn't carry on. However this option wasn't given to me (Not that it should of or anything however its not like I'm new here, I know the rules and in my opinion I didn't think what I was doing would be classed as trolling. Evidently I was wrong). If I had been messaged or approached in any way this all could of been resolved and it wouldn't of happend again but that didn't happen so I made my bed and I'll lay in it. In my previous appeal I was frustrated that I believe'd I did nothing wrong and these other two accusations of baiting and VDM were dumbfounded to me as I'm 100% sure that didn't happen, however the issue in the Go-Kart did and I apologize for that. I've only ever been banned once before in my 2 years here and that was 1 stupid mistake on a Police Holiday and when I come back to play regularly in around 8-9 months time I don't want to have this hanging over my head because of one silly situation I was in. Like I said, I was more affronted in my first appeal as nobody had come to me and been annoyed that I was trolling but I guess Gurlanin thought of it that way so I apologize. I'm not one to break rules regularly and especially intentionally so hopefully you can give me another chance here as it was an innocent mistake that wouldn't happen again.

[SIZE=medium](1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers. [/SIZE]

 This is the rule I broke. This rule basically a general common sense rule. Don't do stupid shit that will obviously get you banned because it will do just that. The only reason I broke this rule is because I misinterpreted it and didn't realize my actions would lead to ban, if I did I wouldn't of done it 100%. The reason the rule is in place is due to the vast scenario's and situations in RPUK that you simply cannot just make a rule for each one so it's more of a general one for overall shittery done by players e.g Swearing out of roleplay and trolling people. If this rule wasn't in place then it would be hard to argue that someone deserved to be banned for doing something shitty in game.

On my last appeal I was just confused because there was different claims to things I know I have not done (That I had heard from various staff members) so I didn't see any error in what I did. I had a lengthy discussion with TBJ about it and realized that it could be considered trolling given the correct circumstances and therefore realized my mistake. I now get where the staff team are coming from. 

I honestly did believe that the RP I was having was fun for both parties in 99% of my experiences as there was never any complaints or "notes" sent to anyone out of RP. However in the 1% chance meeting of people who didn't like it I was banned for it. I feel like a more justified way to go about it was to speak to me about it (I know a lot of staff members who TP people and say "Listen you're clearly breaking a rule just stop" and especially because it was quite a vague-ish one) (As in 1.7 covers a lot of stuff) I was just confused about what I had actually done wrong and annoyed at my ban but now I get it. 

Well I wont be playing for a long time so I'll have no bad-blood or annoyance of any sort so when I come back it will be like a fresh start and I can enjoy the experience again instead of brooding on a ban. I can assure nothing of this nature will happen again while I'm on RPUK Servers.
