Reason given for your ban.
Baiting

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The admins saw what looked like 'baiting', although I believe it was judged incorrectly.

Why should we unban you ?
It has been a few months since the incident occurred, which has given my friends and I a chance to cool off and think about the ban. Here I would like to argue my case fairly without any bias on your behalf, as I feel that our last appeal was not dealt with fairly.
My friends and I were banned from the server on 10/07/2016, supposedly because we were ‘baiting’. According to your definition of the rule, it clearly states “Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.”. You suggested that we were shooting our guns for “no reason at all”, however I can tell you with full confidence that the gunfire was no more than part of a movie a few of my gang members were roleplaying. The intent of the gunfire was not to attract attention from the police.
Even though we tried our best and were very lenient, after at least 3 or 4 minutes of discussion and ropleplay, we were unable to escape a gunfight. Your rule states that an example of baiting is “instantly shoot(ing) them back”. Clearly, even by your definition there is nothing to suggest that we were baiting. A gunfight was not the intended outcome, and furthermore, our attempts to stop a gunfight from happening are clear evidence that we were not looking for one in the first place. The fact that we tried to roleplay the entire situation shows that we did not break the rule as you have it defined on your rules page.
Now, I would also like to talk about how I feel that our last appeal was not dealt with fairly.
Firstly, in my appeal, I expect to be able to argue my own case as well as the group’s. However, throughout the entire appeal process, it is evident that the admins disregarded replies I made about myself, and instead focused on what I said about the group as a whole. Even though I was explaining how I personally was not a part of the initial gunfire (the admin’s arguments were built entirely on this), they ignored it and continued to make the same arguments.
Secondly, overall I believe that the admins kept forcing the same point even though my friends and I were able to explain it fully. Instead of asking about the points I made and listening to what I said, the admins consistently stated the same argument that I had just explained.

If you want to ask me any questions about this, I am more than happy to respond and tell you the truth, as I have done here.

I'm pushing this to a perm appeal.

You've already done a perm appeal before and got unbanned and then within a month you got banned again. The staff who dealt with it at the time are confident that you are lying and we can't continuously give you chances after a permanent appeal has already been done. The number of times you've been banned and unbanned is frankly ridiculous and I won't entertain it further regardless of how long you waited between now and then.

You can have another attempt at a perm appeal here: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forms/8-permanent-ban-appeal/

Good luck... I think you're going to need it... Denied
