That is correct, but I would like you to tell me which rule it is. e.g. RDM is breaking rule 2.2. This will reassure me that you have at least been to the rules page.

If you could go back, how could you have handled the situation differently?

What resources are available to you when looking to resolve an in game issue?

Answer me these questions three and I will make my decision.

 
The rule I broken was 2.9 threats to report someone in game.

i would've calmly asked why they have killed me.

resources available are police on the game or team speak or the altislife site

I will unban you, but warn you to be more careful with what you say to people out of roleplay. I understand that sometimes situations can leave you frustrated, but it is unacceptable to succumb to that and verbally attack players. 

If this happens again, I expect you to calmly and politely ask the player to "join me in teamspeak so we can discuss the issue". Staff are usually available if you need support.

Hi yes I did have to accounts but cart remember username and password it says I got ban for lock picking in a green area witch I have na read the rules I no I can not do that but when I try going to site doesn't let me log in I have tryed all sorts to do it but no joy if you could help me with it I would love to use my old account on it
