Hello, I have apparently been banned for RDM, but I have no knowledge of RDMing anybody, only kills I have done are in self defence. I do not know who filed this and when this happened, but I do not wish to be banned, and have not intentionally caused any action to go against the server rules.

Why should we unban you ?
As stated above, I have not intentionally gone against server rules, in the last few hours of playing on the server I was harmlessly harvesting apples to make an honest living and having an RP session with paramedics following a car crash which was rather enjoyable.

Sorry, I was expecting email notifications. And no, I do not remember that. What ever happened there wasn't me, do you have a time stamp of when that happened? Because me and my brother currently share a PC while his is broken.

I would just like to add that I have had years of roleplay experience back in 2010-2012 with a HL2RP community I helped co-run with a community of about 70 active members, obviously not as large as this community but the server we could afford was only 32 slots. For the majority of them two years I was a high ranking Admin, so I know the general do's and do not's of RP, and what ever happened in that video, that was not me on the firing end, I believe it was my brother since he likes ARMA 3 but only my steam has a copy of it, and he is more sided towards the deathmatch side of things. So I am sorry for what has happened and the inconveniences the deaths brought, but I personally am not responsible for the actions of my account. I will try and make sure it doesn't happen again hopefully when I can be unbanned.

That is a direct quote from the unban appeal process. Are you sure you read it?

Your account is your responsibility. If your brother can play on it then that is your own risk.

Yes, I do understand that, as I also mentioned, his computer is currently broken, so I am allowing him to use mine while I am not on it. He also plays ARMA3 which I allow him to access my steam to play it since I am the one with the copy of it to avoid him having to buy it also, I did not expect him to access the RP server and cause an RDM situation. I accept the ban as it is my responsibility, can I just be notified of how long the ban will last @Junior

Obviously I will make sure that he does not access the server through my steam ID as that makes me responsible, I mentioned to him that his action caused my account to be banned to which he apologized to me, so I believe he will not do it again. As mentioned in a previous post, I have multiple years of Admin and Role Play experience, so I hope you could see that I will not be breaking rules intentionally. I enjoyed the server for the short time I was on it, I cannot remember his in game name, but I was impressed by a paramedics RP dialogue to which I applaud. Ultimately, I will make sure I am the only one on this account that will access the server.
