because i left the game while being mugged

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
(for the one above i can't remember as it was nearly a month ago) I know i was banned for leaving the game while being mugged and i know i've broken the rule and i'm actually thankful you banned me because ive recently been playing the gta server and i've understood the rules a lot more and when i first looked at your rules i had no idea what metagaming was but because of you banning me i learnt my lesson and i started playing the gta server and i read the rule in more depth so i understood the rules and haven't broken a rule since and i noticed when others did, for example i was killed while driving past kavala with no initiation and it was rdm, a person was typing in the sidechat saying to brake them out of prison and i explained its metagaming as sidechat is the OOC chat not to plead for help. i Understand why i was banned and i thank you for it as it has taught me a lesson and i believe, if you allow me to, i can prove it to you and if i get banned again then i accept that if it within reason of course and i won't even bother for a ban appeal as i know its my own fault.

Why should we unban you ?
I pretty much said it in the paragraph above but i believe i should be un-banned because I've read the rules into more depth than i previously did and i have a fair amount of understanding of the rules (as mentioned in the paragraph above) so i believe i would be able to make up for my wrongs, if i have to compensate the person who was mugging me when i left the game them i will. I didn't reply to my previous ban appeal and my partner has been injured and I've been having to help her so i haven't had time but now i do and im sorry for allowing my previous one to timeout, i did read the rules previously but not into much depth more of a scan read and i'm sorry for doing that. This video is quite disappointing. Not only do you break RP (along with the muggers), but it appears you do so in order to stall for time in order to combat log. As such I will be confirming this as a permanent ban, which you may appeal 6 months from the initial ban (27/02/17).

I'm glad you realise the error of your ways, however on this occasion it is not enough to save you. Make a permanent unban appeal in ~5 months, and the situation can be reassessed. Take this as an opportunity to better yourself further, and I'm sure you will be unbanned after serving your time.
