In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was banned for rdm, for killing Thymen who made a ban appeal, he didn't include the part where he was harassing me and my friend Spencer, on my be half i should have rp'd more than i did in said situation but i wasn't given any in-game or out of game. 

Why should we unban you ?
I was new to the server and didn't know that it required such high quality role play, i have only had arma for a week or so as u can see in my steam profile, i was enjoying my time on the server but sadly it has come to a short. Also i have never had a warning on the server,  he also didn't include the parts where he was following us around before, Also in the recording as you can see in the end he pulled out his own gun the "rook" so he put my life and my friends in danger. I also think i deserve another chance as it is my only offence on the server as i have had no warning. Also i gave him plenty of time to leave us alone, his rp wasn't high quality as i was continuing to tell him to leave us alone but he never left i gave him 50 + seconds to leave but he didn't listen, to be honest if it was real life wouldn't the dealer  kill someone if they where get harassed ?  ( He pointed the gun at my friend this is the reason why i shot him ) - checked the recording

Him following you around does not justify for giving poor rp. 
Why do you think its okey to just finish him without speaking a word? 
Go to the rulepage and find the rule you broke, Then explain why you think this rule is needed.

The rule is needed as if the rule wasn't in place people would be killed all the time, this would also get rid of the main idea of the server which is to roleplay, I am new to the server and i did not know that the server required that High quality of rp, on my behalf i should of not finished him off and just left him be and given him chance to speak, I have gone over the rules and read over them and i now under stand how to behave and react in scenarios such as the one following my ban and think i deserve a second chance

Cheers for the reply again, I stated that it wasn’t okay to finish him I did finished him as I thought u could due to being finished before I should of read up on this then took out my actions but insted I didn’t this resulting in the ban, as of now I fully understand the role play that needs to be involved when in these circumstances, also I  understand where I was in the wrong and how I should of acted during that moment.

I would create a  high quality role play scenario between me and him  like a story. I would also not include countdowns as they are not considered to be of high quality rp, I would also let him comply with my orders that are stated when I have at gun point I would only proceed to shoot if he pulls his gun out and fires or if he doesn’t comply with the orders after given several chances I would fire a warning shot and if he fires back I would proceed to fire back, I would not finish him in the event of killing the player I would assure him that he isn’t going to die and would call the NHS for him and wait until they come or leave the area depending on what activity I would be doing at the time for example something illegal like meth I would leave the area as soon as I have called the nhs but will leave after as there would be a high chance of police coming.

I would fire a warning shot

Make sure before firing a warning shot there is already been high qaulity rp. 
Otherwise then that, i would say you have learned from this. 
And know what we expect from you, You also seem to understand what you need to change (Providing more high quality rp) 
Therefore i willing to give a other chance. Take this chance with both hands!
