In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because I shot someone without full roleplay in a tense situation.

Why should we unban you ?
Please note I am writing this on behalf of my son who is with me, I own the steam account: I thought I had stayed in roleplay, I mistook the un-restraining animation as the hostage arming himself and shot him because I thought he might shoot us. I was only there in that situation in a role helping Jack Mordo, the other person who was banned. He was the person taking hostage, at no point did I restrain the Officer and Jack also shot the Officer. In hindsight helping someone take a hostage in the green zone was a bit silly however I did try to stay in roleplay. I am sorry for breaking any rules.

RDM  mean kill someone with no roleplay or not in red zone ​

Right, on the basis that you understand the rules and have learnt from your mistake you will be unbanned.

I suggest you go through some actioned player reports/denied player reports for RDM/FAIL RP and see what is acceptable and what's not.
