In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I got banned for:
2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. .
(4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)
(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers

Why should we unban you ?
Because I have all my friend on this server, I don't find a better serve then this,and i really enjoyed the time playing on this server and i wanna do it again with my friend and the other people on this server and i'm sorry for braking the rules, it wont happened again, i'm gonna start reading the rules and be careful next time...

U are right, I realize what I did and I'm really sorry for that and its not gonna happend again.

 
How would this community benefit from allowing a liar and rulebreaker, such as yourself back onto our gameservers?

 
You actively attempting to hide the evidence on a report a player, you put up. You broke rules and instead of owning up to it, you just attempted to lie your way through it. When others were the people in trouble, you were more than happy to go to the forums, to get them banned. Please be more descriptive than "I learned from it" because that is just not good enough.

Ok,that means i read the rules and I joined a lot of comunites in this time while I wait for someone to respond on this unban appeal, and on that comunites I learn a lot of interesting things and a also lot of roleplay things, but on that servers is not that fun...I don't know this server have something iteresting that i like it and I enjoy it...

  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unbans! 
  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority and as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 
  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request. 
  • Any abuse towards an admin will result in a full community ban! 
  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only. Anyone commenting on an appeal  that is not either stated party will receive a warning point! 
  • "My Brother did it" does not work here, do not even bother using that excuse. 
  • We are unable to unban anyone who has been banned with the reason "GameHack #38" 
  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded will be closed. You will have at least a 3 hour warning before this happens. If your appeal has timed out, Please open a new appeal with links to your old one.
  • Staff will review your forum/game/ban history, and at their discretion may issue a permanent ban if they feel you have not learned from your mistakes or are here to cause issues
  • Put a reasonable amount of effort into your appeal. Staff cannot get a decent understanding of you if you only type one line, especially for the "Why should we unban you?" question.
  • Please tell the truth in your appeal, because if you get caught lying, your appeal will be denied, and you may be subject to a permanent ban without appeal.
 
Well looking through your game history around here, it doesnt look to rosey I would say. You also had a different report against you for VDMing, which would had gotten you also banned. Then reading the information provided above, on how you lied etc....is just to much to have you play around here again.

Simply, I dont trust you playing around here without either lying or breaking a rule causing misery towards other players around here. 

Sorry, but the train ride is over for you here....
