In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Due to an unfortunate collision of my vehicle with another players (much lighter) vehicle their car was destroyed and all passengers killed. Therefor I was banned for VDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I was doing my sand run, when I noticed that I was being chased by a group of armed bandits. I tried to flee instead of fight, but they continued to chase me and shoot my tires. When I was back on the highway they tried to overtake me, I then reacted by cutting the corner early in the hopes of them having to break. They however failed to do so which lead to the collision and their unfortunate death.
