In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for swearing at a person who killed me as well as my friend outside of roleplay, I also mentioned RDM and compensation which is also outside of roleplay.

Why should we unban you ?
I am really sorry for this rule break. My friend and I were in a KOS zone when we got killed by another person. After getting killed, I told the person who killed me that he RDMed me and that I would like compensation for the 30,000 pounds I had on my body. I done this as I forgot that this area is KOS. I understand that it was my own fault for forgetting and I am really sorry about this. I'm just used to servers were areas like that are not KOS, which of coarse is not a valid excuse but from the few days that I have played on this server I have had a lot of fun, and the community as well as the staff are amazing and very helpful. I would really like to return the the server and continue playing. I will make sure to memories every area and every rule so that this does not happen ever again. I would also like to apolagise to the person that I was swearing to and it was just anger and nothing else, and he should not experience that from other people.

It was a burst of anger since I thought it was RDM. I understand that it was very imature and I am really sorry. 

Green zone specific rules:
 
(6.1.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a green zone.

(6.1.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones at all times. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server.

(6.1.3) You must not knock out and rob other players in a green zone.

(6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.

(6.1.5) You must not park or leave your vehicle inside of a green zone in order to sell illegal items such as drugs or guns.

(6.1.6) You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden.
 
Blue zone specific rules:
 
(6.2.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a blue zone 

(6.2.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in blue zones. This rule does not apply to the police. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server.

(6.2.3) You must not lockpick or steal or a vehicle from the blue zone. This rule does not apply to the police.

(6.2.4) You must not park or leave your vehicle inside of a blue zone in order to sell illegal items such as drugs or guns.
 
Red zone specific rules:
 
(6.3.1) All other server rules apply in the Red zones with the exception of the RDM rule.

(6.3.2) Hostages are not to be taken into the Red zones.

(6.3.3) For Red zone specific rules to apply, both shooter and victim must be inside the Red zone.

So if you was to be in a similar situation how would you go about it? Like for example some RDM'ed you.

If someone RDM'ed me, I would make sure im recording and have evidence, then ask them to come to teamspeak and sort it out (this would be asked in side chat) If we dont come to a reasonable deal, I would report it with all the evidence on the forums. In all of this time, I would not leave my role in the server, especially not in direct chat.
