I was stupid and joked to my friend in direct communications, (Noa Meijer ig), forgetting about auto ban and the server just banned me.

Why should we unban you ?
There was no ill intent behind my message was just joking with a friend and made a stupid mistake, I am very sorry and I would obviously never do anything like this with any intent to cause grief or target anyone, was just chilling with my boy processing weed.

Hi, thanks for the reply

Firstly, the rule that I broke was "(1.2) Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban." and this rule emphasises that there should be absolutely no hate speech, discrimination or offensive views and they will not be tolerated.

I believe that this is in place to create a friendly and offence free community for players to play in, without fear of being discriminated against.

Also my profile picture is Jesham, a man me and my mates have known for about 10 years. He owns a corner shop and we used to shop there all the time and we got friendly with him and as we got to be older we'd joke more often etc. and it led to us being cheeky one day and him hitting out with "Clamp it, I'll bomb your church", me and my mates almost passed out laughing and has just been on my profile ever since (he does know btw).

I'd also like to properly apologise for what I did it was a very stupid mistake and I'll never repeat anything like it again.

I have a hard time to believe your story. You use a picture of a guy that you used to know ? 

Then you had a laugh with the guy with a friend and then you put on your steam profile with his picture. Sorry but this just don't sound like something i have ever seen in my many years on steam.... 

You wanna come up with a new story or still try to stick to your so call corner shop story ?
