You were unbanned for VDM'ing people through Kavala Square last year. Now you've not only done the same, but you've RDM'ed too. 

Put in some effort here before I deny this. Why should I unban you?

I regret my decisions, it was the wrong call to kill them. I belive I should be unbanned so that I can proove for you guys that I can play properly like I have for the last few months.
