In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I shot at someone from on top of the hospital which is a green zone.

Why should we unban you ?
I admit that I knew you weren't allowed to shoot inside the green zone. I was flying into kavala and suddenly began to take fire. I wasn't aware at the time that it was just warning shots and so I felt threatened and responded rashly without thinking. It is not an excuse to not know the rules when I've been presented plenty of opportunities to do so. I think I should be unbanned as this is my first offence and I reacted rashly by firing back. I've been playing for over two weeks now and haven't had one problem like this. So, I can hope you can just see this as a lapse in judgement and allow me to play on your servers again. Thanks.

Hello,  and thanks for replying so quickly. I've quoted the rules you asked for below.

As I understand it the green zone is a place where players can safely carry out quality role play without having to worry about other aspects of RolePlay such as being robbed,  kidnapped etc. Within the greenzone your weapon must be holstered at all times. As such you can't kill anyone. You're also not allowed to rob or kidnap anyone within the green zone nor can you use lockpick or try and steal others vehicles in the greenzone. You can't bring any  scenarios into the greenzone to try and escape being robbed or killed. You also can't exploit the green zone to carry out illegal activies for example parking your truck full of weed in the greenzone to prevent someone from robbing the weed. 

RDM is any situation where a player engages another player without first trying to achieve any form of quality roleplay first. In my case I shot at someone without first understanding the situation. If I had read the rules I would have known that you aren't allowed to fly above 300m over any green zone and that the shots i received were warning shots by the staff to stop me.

[SIZE=medium](6.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered inside both green and blue zones at all times.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](6.4) You are unable to use lockpicks or steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](6.5) If you are in active combat or are being persued you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](6.6) You cannot exploit the greenzone in order to carry out illegal activity; i.e. parking a drug vehicle inside of the greenzone preventing it being robbed (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I wasn't thinking. Like I said above I didn't know about thr flying above 300m rule over a green zone and when I began receiving warning fire I decided to act before thinking about what I was doing. It was my rash actions that lead to the ban.

Now that I've read all of the rules properly, yes. I think my mistake was ignorance and rash thinking on my part. So i'd like to apologise for that. It was my mistake and now that I know the rules properly I won't break them.
