I believe i got banned for being to close to where i died a little earlier

Why should we unban you ?
i did not interfere with the guy who killed me or anyone from "my old life" and i was out of sight. I think i was about 200 meters away from the whole situation. I do understand the rules and that i have to be 1000 meters away from where i died after i respawned but i was about 500 meters away from there when i spawned in Kavala because this happened right outside of the city. I really respect that you guys are strict about these sort of things since it happens too often. but what im trying to say is that this was not on purpose at all. I can promise that nothing like this will happen again and it shouldnt happen in the first place. I really didnt mean to break the rule and i stayed away from where i died on purpose to not break any rp.

New Life Rule

(5.3) When you respawn:

Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired.

Which means that im not allowed to enter within one thousand meters of where i died. Which i broke. Im just trying to say that i didnt do it on purpose and i will be more careful further on about where im going after i respawn. If i would've broken the rule on purpose and engaged with the guy who killed me or the people around there i would understand the ban fully and respected that i broke the rule but i never intended to do anything like that.

 
You may of stayed out of the situation, But you still broke the rule. Intentional or not the only person to blame her is yourself.  Whats going to stop you from being so careless in the future?

 
I will be more aware of the rule/rules and i know that if i break any of them intentionally or unintentionally, i will get banned straight away. I also think that i wont get any second chances so believe me , i will be a lot more careful about the rules and really make sure that im following every single one. 

 
Are there any cases when a new life does not start? How do you know when a new Life does start?

 
A new life does only start when i get killed by a cop, if i die in a RP situation or if i get involved in an accident. It does not start if i disconnect, die by RDM or VDM, if i get knocked out or if i disconnect.

I have read all the rules and i will follow them by any means. I never meant for this to happen. Sorry.

 
So long as you are now clear on the rules, you can be trusted not to break them again anytime soon, atleast.
