from what i can remember i was banned as it was 2 minutes to restart and i was driving down the msr and run over a civ an admin see me do it and banned me i then went to ts and found out it was one of my friends who i run over talk to him he was all cool about it as when i spoke to the admin he said the ban was final as it looked like i was trying to run him down

Why should we unban you ?
from my point of view its been nearly two years since it happened and i really would like to come back as alot of my friends still play on the server and when i played 2 years ago its was great and i'm sure in two years its got so much better i understand that vdm is not great as to be frank i hate when i'm run over but seens as i was not aiming for him he just ran out in my way and i hit him plus my friends was cool and even said to the admin it was fine i think i should be unbanned

the vdm rule is in place as it stops people from just driving around and running people over for no reason and is a form of fail rp as you would not go around hitting people with the car in rl

"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming)"
