I know exactly why I have been banned, it is due to a frontline member taking a little bit of banter in the wrong way and then kicking us from the server, once I and other reconnected back to the server we were greeted by the frontline member literally shouting at us which is very disrespectful on so many levels, I told him multiple times we weren't trolling and at one point he accused us of calling him stupid and I told him multiple times again that at no point we called him that and when I tried to talk he kept talking over me and I said I quote "excuse me I'm talking so let me talk then u can talk" and he responded in swearing at me and said he will get us banned and I do believe what he said was "I don't care I'm a member of staff", this was due to apparently impersonating other members of the community which we were not as enough was changed for it to not even be classed as impersonating, the members that we know well even felt it was funny and said it was funny and the two froneline members at the time even laughed and after I was speaking with one of the frontline members and from the sounds of it he even was wondering why the other frontline member was being so aggressive.

The frontline member that was very aggressive with us then contacted Neo in a form of speech or text about this situation and in thus got us banned.
 

Why should we unban you.
I fell that it was wrongly justified and was taken into the wrong context throughout the situation as I did tell him multiple times it wasn't at any point trolling (which it clearly wasn't) and that the frontline member was being very very aggressive towards us not acting like a mature adult at any point with multiple points of talking over people with out any care.

I would like to put in a quick note that I wish for the Senior Admin Neo to NOT be involved in this situation as he obviously is quite friendly with the frontline member that was very aggressive and thus means that the admin will be within his favor.

The other unban appeal turned into a crap fest, and this isnt the place to point fingers and this and that. Before I get the recording, I'll ask you in your own words, and no one else words.

Why exactly did you go to another gangs teamspeak room to "banter." is this a gang you normally banter with? 

 
Alright so we went to the other gang room as our ex-gang members were in that sub-channel tree were their and were hoping that they seen it as a little bit of fun for them also known here as "a bit of crack" or banter and they did say after the situation with the frontline member that the ex-members also being our friends found it very funny however after the frontline member taking it in the wrong way I am sorry for that as I didn't intend in him taking it in a Trolling manner.

And also @TheSoldier is it possible for all of us as a community to hear the complete uncut version of it to include not only when we joined their gang channel but up until the point he left our channel.

Alright so we start of with a little friendly banter as even heard by them laughing along with swearing etc, and I would like to point out it doesn't stat on the rules page about even "semi impersonating another member of the community"

and yes this is the full list of rules under the Teamspeak section 11, after receiving a kick from one of the two frontline members we joined the teamspeak IP and stayed in our own channels and did not go to them as we then took it as not being accepted their so we left it, then the two frontline members came down to us and as said before we were greeted by the frontline members as heard by the video and from out side one of the frontline members shouting at us but not illustrated in this video which is daunting for us as it doesn't show to you how much shouting was going on when TC members tried to talk to him which didn't go well so resulted in us raising our voice, and in multiple occasions I did say it was banter and I did say sorry for him taking it in a way I did not mean however he didn't accept that and continued to be aggressive. I wish to give you more detail on this however typing a story isn't the best way and eventually you might get bored of reading.

 
Common sense says you don't impersonate other members without their permission. I would be angry if someone went into another channel as "Tehsoldier" or T3h201d13r" without me at least knowing about it.

Staff will be reviewing this video now, and will make a determination.

 
So now that you know that after being kicked we did not try to enhance the flames by joining back to their channel so we joined to our own channel and left it at that, and some of the members being Gricey and Josh knew about this before hand and we try to make creative and silly name creations out of their existing name.

P.S. to be clear we were not influenced by others to do this and it is seen as a little bit of fun that the TC originals had

You were unbanned for a "Joke gone wrong" and now here we find ourselves again. A review of the video was made by staff members including game moderators, FLT leaders, and another admin. All came to the conclusion that it was trolling. I would deny this normally, but I may give you one more chance since it's a TS ban.

Are you gonna stop trying to do banter like this in the future?
