In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I came into contact with xx player then after we killed this player he told me in voice that he was trying to kill 2 rdmers before i killed him... So i ask him... Where are they? Then one of the players starts running towards me so I said to him Don't try to log out and if you do try to log i will shoot... The only reason i said that was because I wanted to get the rdmers name and i think that if you try to abort and shots are close by it doesn't let you log out.(Not too sure about this because haven't been playing on Arma that long.

Why should we unban you ?
In fairness yes i did break a rule... It was in the heat of the moment and I only had good intentions on my actions for myself and the community. I think i should be unbanned because everyone deserves a second chance besides from the people that do the worst of the worst but I do understand what i broke and will take it into account If I get unbanned my future actions will be very responsible and professional up to the server standards.

I broke this rule by being out of character whilst speaking in side chat... Well it is a roleplay server so this is supposed to be roleplay and by speaking out of character this ruins the roleplay experience.

 
Are there any situations where you could talk out of character?

If you made the same mistake in future, how would you deal with it differently, you might want to discuss in detail how you spoke an admin about this situation.

 
There is a certain situation where you can speak OOC and that is when you're speaking to an Admin... In future if this occurred again I would send a message in side chat using //(text) and tell them that something is wrong also I will not lose my temper/get upset when pulled to 1 side by an admin and deal with it calm and peacefully. I did basically call a member of staff a "liar" which was completely wrong he was only doing his job then i spoke to him on teamspeak after and apologised but it will not happen again.

 
Why did you start being hostile and shouting towards a member of staff confronting you about your breach of the server rules?

I was being hostile at the time because when the admin pulled me to 1 side he was saying stuff that at the time i thought i didn't do but after reviewing the footage I did do what he was opposing and I had instant regret... I guess it was more because of my emotions more than anything... I did speak to him in teamspeak after and gave him my sincerest apology. It was very wrong of me to do that i know like i said i was just very upset and if future If i am given a second chance i will totally reconsider my actions towards everyone on the island. 

 
I am willing to give you a second chance but there will be a few promises that you will need to make:

  1. Before joining the server you will read over all the rules again and if you don't understand one of them you will come to Join for Support and ask.
  2. If you get confronted by an admin again and show this kind of attitude you will be banned for it no exceptions.
  3. When you believe someone else is breaking a rule this does not justify you to break them as well. If you are seen doing this again you will receive a ban for this which you will not be able to appeal for a month.
