I acted out of order towards a person that at the time was a part of the mentor team being homophobic, breaking rp and in the end combat logging.

Why should we unban you ?
This was a very long time ago and I believe I have changed positively over the time period and I believe I would be a good addition to the server. I am sorry for the way i acted and the things i said and it wont happen again, sorry if i offended anyone when i used the word fag.

First you call the officer a 'fag', then you proceed to break RP by referring to his vehicle as 'desyncing along the road' and finally when told you would be going to jail said 'RIP' and logged off the server while in police custody. 

You say you believe you have changed positively, now that's a reasonably vague statement, what have you been up to for the last two years, why has it been such a long time for you to appeal your ban?

 
The guys i was originally playing this server with stopped playing the game entirely and I didn't think i would get unbanned if i appealed it and moved to a different server. Other servers are going stale now but this one still seems to be active so I thought I may as well give it a go. That being said I understand if I don't get unbanned because you guys don't really know me and the one video you have seen of me I act like an ass.

 
We do believe people can change especially, after 2 years. 
So can you quote me what rules you broke, And explain in your own words please.

(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting.

I spoke out of roleplay by saying desync and such, I then logged out whilst in an rp situation with the guy. During this I labeled him a fag and a dick head which is toxic and homophobic and i certainly wouldn't say things like that now. I hope that I do get unbanned as I can then show that I am not an ass as this video shows.

 
Would you be able to follow server rules after being unbanned and not break any of them anymore in the future?
