I was banned because i was dead and i logged off while i was dead. I'm not saying it was intentional and i'm not saying it wasn't because if i said it wasn't intentionall no one is gonna believe me so i'm just gonna leave it at that.

Why should we unban you ?
Well first of all even though the combat log part was true it was so long after i had died that it had no effect anyway. I did not get my stuff back and i never have gotten my stuff back from combat logging because it was only this time and this was just a mistake. Believe me or not but it was a ragequit because no medic came and i wanted to just turn off my computer for a while and play some guitar instead. yes i was stupid. I should just have hit the respawn button and then have ragequit and i regret it. I have now waited 6 months after i got banned and i am sure i am ready to get back in here now. I think 6 months have been more than enough of a punishment by a rule break that didn't favor me in any way so please consider unbanning me. I know i have been banned two times, but it was never meant to favor me, it was complete stupidity and bad luck to be honest. I know there is a very active staff on this server and i would never break a rule intentially, because i know that i would dig my own grave by doing that. No one gets away with rule breaks on this server and i know that. I will do anything to get back and show you that i am a legit player who followes the rules. I will wait 6 more months if i have to.

That's a very lawyered response I must say... I'll believe that it was simply a rage quit. Although our rules are very clear in saying that this isn't allowed, I can understand that mistakes can happen in the heat of the moment. I don't suppose you could explain why it took you so long to appeal when you were told you could try again after a week?

You attempted to appeal last september (5 months ago) and didn't try again after that. If you really cared about being unbanned, I feel that you would have attempted sooner. Can you explain?

 
Yes i can. After i got unbanned a second time i thought there was no reason in even trying one more time, so me and all of my friends quit playing and played some other games and gamemodes and the school semester started for real so i didn't have very much time either. Now me and my friends have looked back at how fun it was on your server and you are the best European altis server out there and the best option for us so that's why i didn't appeal before now. So to conclude i just totally gave up on me and the server because i thought if i got banned two times in two weeks there were no one that wanted me on the server anymore, which maybe makes sense for the people that just see the rulebreaks and not my playing other times.

 
Why did you decide to send a private message to TomTheDoge and break one of the rules, you have confirmed reading?
