In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was driving in my car with my friend Jenthe and I said in vehicle chat with him and me alone when we arrived at the airport and saw the guy that was previously complaining about RDM: "Daar heb je die faggot weer".

Why should we unban you ?
I literally didn't say anything to the guy and if the rules are applied this way, then in my defence: "discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person based on the group, class, or category to which the person is perceived to belong rather than on individual attributes. This includes treatment of an individual or group, based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or social category". So this means that I didn't actually treat this guy any differently then someone else since I didn't interact with him, thus not discrimination. I find this really annoying that this kind of misunderstanding has to be a direct permanent ban, we don't even have the right to discuss this nowadays. This is not the first time I have seen this kind of banning with my friends, and now with me. I really would like to discuss this topic.

If you've had previous experiences with this rule due to friends being banned from it, why bother to take a leaf out of their book? Is it not obvious that we have a ZERO tolerance for this kind of language?

You could walk through Kavala saying "n***r, n****r n****r" to yourself, however it creates a tense and unwanted environment so we don't allow it, period. Due to 1.2 covering ALL abusive terms that can be directed at someone in terms of discrimination (race/geographic location/sex/sexual preference) it's just not tolerated. You said what you said ABOUT another player, in another language, in TEXT format on OUR servers. Therefore, we have full rights to ban you for it.

The reason for your unban, as you've stated is simply arguing that your ban is unjust. There's no telling in how you're a benefit to the server; how the community benefits from you, what you can bring.

I don't see why this is such a problem. That's just nonsense in my opinion. Just because I said something in vehicle chat, doesn't determine my roleplay abilities? I could have said this on teamspeak and there wouldn't be a problem, so I wished I did it that way. But this 1.2 rule is surely not that clear. I'd rather talk about this since this is a misunderstanding of both parties.

It may not affect your roleplay abilities but it shows you're not a player we want here.
