Date & Time you was banned:: 7/15/2015 around 12-5 pm
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Neo
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i think i got banned because i left the game (more like crashed) after death

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: first of all this is the greatest server ive played on and i am DEEPLY sorry for my mistakes but i assure you its not ALL my fault . this happend twice the first time i exploded in a car and died and then the explosion impact crashed my game (not a strong pc) second time was totally my fault i should've been aware of what i was doing i am truly sorry i got shot and then i just turned the pc off out of rage, i should've respawned first that was my mistake so if you give me another chance i promise you this will not happen again
