In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) i killed a cop whitout roleplaying .so what happend was me and a friend was out roaming and wo both had quite big bounties, i had a bounty for 1mil+ so its safe to say we didn´t wanna get arrested. anyway we where driving in an suv un the main road close to copper processor and we saw a cop car infront of us and it kept going but when we saw it turn around we parked the car to the side of the road and got out to try and run away but the cops where too fast sowe didn´t. then one of them said: stop running or you will be tazed . and i ran behind a building . he folewed me and said .stop running so i stopped and then we stood whit our guns pointed at eachother untill i felt like: im not getting out of here alive if i dont kill him so then i shot and killed him with an mk18

Why should we unban you ?
because i did a mistake and i promise to not do it aigan. and i really miss all the good times me and my friends had on the server

Reading some notes that was left by staff members that have already had to deal with you previous to your ban. You we're spoken to by a member of the staff team about RDM as you tried to RDM a heli, however 8 days after that you get banned for RDM. Therefore I am going to ask @Shalloa to comment as he was the staff member who said he spoke to you and made it clear.

Shalloa can you confirm this conversation that you had with Alvin in game and what his response was please.

I can confirm that Alvin and his friend were spoken to, my believe at that time was that they both did understood the rule and that they will followed it.

Unfortunately his friend broke this rule not 10 min later and got banned for it, i believe Alvin must have understood by then the consequences of not following our rules.

 
yes but when the cop told me to put hy hands up i was in a rush and  didn´t know what to do so then i shot him in panic not realizing that i broke a rule untill a few minutes afterwards. i know that that doesn´t change the fact that i broke thr rule but im sorry. it was my mistake and i promise i wont do in aigan

 
rdm or random death match . its when you shoot at someone without any roleplay or dont let them speak before you kill them . you also cant count down

i promise 100% from the bottom of my heart i will roleplay much better and im gonna stop going out just to rob people i wanna start a new life roleplaying like its real life. that doesnt mean that im gonna stop my criminal life tho. in the end i wanna roleplay as a guy looking like a homeless man but with millions of dollars in the bank and start my own mafia (as a gang). basically i wanna go from the bottom to the top and i dont care if it takes months or even years .i promise i will not break the rules aigan please trust me.

yes i do. however i got an assult rifle on me so i will have to drop it somewhere in the middle of nowhere when i get in. thank you
