In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because i decided to hit the "Respawn" button. So basically what happend was that when i was processing my heroin several guys from the gang PMC came to rob me. I got salty because i spent so much time that day trying to make money and now it happend again. I got robbed by people who has the numbers. I was in a bad mood from the start. When they apporached me i hit the "Respawn" button. After that i walked away from my pc. I come back 3 minutes later and find my self dead. The reason i got banned was for not RPing in the situation.

Why should we unban you ?
I've realised what i've done wrong and that i should RP in absolutely every situation possible. And i'm basically in love with this server. It is so much fun in general.

Okay, I do infact understand how this is exploiting and combatlogging since i did not RP during the time i got robbet and stayed completely silent. And it as seen as combatlogging since i hit the "Respawn" button to avoid a irritating situation.

You can be sure that i won't do anything like this again because i find this server to be the best rp server. I simply dont have anything to do without it. It is so much fun rping with friends.

I had infact but in the heat of the moment i didnt think much over what i was doing. I was salty in general that i lost 1m. Yes, i've read them atleast 5 times i reckon.

" (2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). "

So basically that means i cannot log out nor "Respawn" during RPing moments like being robbed, talking to people, while kidnapped and etc.

"(3.1) Roleplay Everything - You must stay in character at all times. "

I broke this rule by simply not complying while i was being robbed. I should had talked back and acted like a was hurt and just simply roleplay.

 
Have you since apologised or attempted to apologise to the players affected by your rule break?

 
I am unsure who the players were. I know it was some players from PMC but nothing more than that.

No it isn't. I got mad because i lost all my gear by getting vdmed by a random civilian and lost gear worth 200k. I am really sorry for my behavior. I understand why you brought this up. Such behavior isnt acceptable.

What rule/s do you think it breaks? Could you explain the rules that we have surrounding this in your own words?

"(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. "

If someone threats to report someone in any way ingame that is breaking a rule. The server should'nt be filled with people threathing to report ingame and rather go on ts or even the forum to discuss the issue rather than ingame.
