It says that i was banned of RDM

Why should we unban you.
Well thing is i was playing as usual without any problem, and in agios there was hobos with weapons that opened fire on me, like 4 of them, without a word or RP, so i opened fire on them. 1 got killed and other idk i took my ass out of there, and i was like allright i dont have time caring to ban him or something because im pretty sure i wont see him again in this game, next day i log in and it says im banned for RDM, so im not sure what should be my reason to get unbanned but id like to be back and playing. Pretty confused at the momment. Thank you for reading.
