i was doing drug run and i was dealing with fps issues, a officer showed up we had a gun fight my fps got really bad when my screen un locked i got shot and i got a bit pissed off and ctrl alt del

Combat logging is considered exploiting and is punished by a permanent ban. 

By force quitting you broke RP for all involved, you cheated them out of their hard work/RP/arrest, and you benefited from that. As you did not seek to resolve the issue, I cannot be lenient. A stupid mistake yes, but one just as bad as teleporting or duping gear.
