In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I VDM'd both Fetty Wap as well as Crumble, and then upon being questioned to as why I did it, I responded in a negative manor proceeding to insult Crumble.

Why should we unban you ?
I came back from a Cider run in which I spent 20 minutes farming, processing etc. I see two people standing in the middle of the road leading to Kavala Square, and I beeped my horn and waited 5 seconds or so. They didn't move whatsoever, at which point I thought they were just trolling so I ran them over. I wasn't aware at all that Crumble was an actual player as opposed to a troll, and in no way would I otherwise disrespect him knowing that. I am also apologetic for my insults and therefore disrespect to both Crumble and Fetty Wap, and should refrain from using such phrases to anyone on the server.

@Crumble  how would you scale the level of abuse encountered?

@Akaru If you were to be unbanned, how would you react to adversity from others? Please also explain the VDM rules in your own words.

VDM - The utilization of a vehicle in order to: run a person or group of people over, smash into another vehicle, or with the means to create an explosion.

In terms of how I would react to disrespect from others, it's fair to say that I have learned my lesson, and because of this I wouldn't proceed to insult anyone but instead talk to a staff member about it.

@Akaru You VDMed me because I was in the way. Upon trying to speak to you about the situation you told me to suck your dick. Do you think this acceptable? Admin or not.... You never even attempted to role play it as an accident

@CrumbleOf course it's not acceptable - I understand that entirely. Admin or not, once again, it's not acceptable. In terms of roleplaying, it was lacking on my part due to the fact I thought (as stated earlier) you were trolling as such, so I felt as if a realistic response wasn't necessary. I have most definitely learned from this, and I assure you that my roleplaying and attitude towards others from this point on will improve very much so.

There are no good reasons to be abusive towards other people in game, on teamspeak, or indeed even real life. Using deliberate and explicit insults towards people outside of roleplay is not acceptable here. Regarding the VDM, even if someone is trolling you or breaking rules, you should not then VDM or break another rule to stop them. 

I do however feel you are somewhat sincere and so I will unban you, but if you slip up again you may find future appeals denied. Please re-read the rules for your own sake.
