it all started when i stole a police car and then after that a civilian found me, ziptied me and brought me to police station where police said that they dont want to deal with me, so that civilian executed me right on the street, later i found that man in kavala bar greenzone and i ziptied him put him in my car and drove off and then turns out he is an admin so he banned me.

Why should we unban you ?
i understand that i broke a rule but it all started when this admin executed me for stealing a police car which is completely wrong in my opinion. i should have been sent to jail but execution for stealing a police car ?? i dont think thats right, he was doing polices work and he is not even police himself. thats not RP.

My point of view for the staff member(s) who are going to deal with this:
 

Hi

I am Mr. Montana. There is nothing wrong with me executing you and I did not execute you as admin. I was simply playing as Mr Montana, walking around Kavala, when I see you running around and trying to jump into cars, checking if they're locked. Not role-playing, not talking to people, ignoring cops and me telling you to stop trying to steal the cars.

One cop decides to chase you but has to go back to a active gunfight. I was also running after you and eventually managed to corner you, shoot you in the legs to prevent you from running. I then decided to take you back to the cops, but they had no time to deal with it and jokingly said that I should kill you. I took that advice to heart and started running away with you and executed you somewhere around the corner.

I was NOT doing the polices job. I was roleplaying as my normal character, a well known criminal opportunist, who happily works with and deceives the police to accomplish his goal. So when I saw you running around being obnoxious and trying to steal cars, I decided to stop you. I knew the cops that were at the scene, so to do them a favor I decided to hand you over. That is not me doing anyones job, that's me doing whatever I want and whatever suits my character. Nu rules were broken and I did my best to keep interaction and roleplay going between me, the kidnapper and you, the kidnapped. You put very little effort into this, made no attempt to beg or reason with me, just said in the lamest most possible voice this was not needed. How can you accuse me of not roleplaying, when you barely interact, only say the bare minimum possible and just mind your own business for the rest? This game is about interaction between players..

Pretty lame to accuse me of no Roleplay while you were a stereotypical troll, not caring about interaction, just walking around doing mostly nothing, talking as little as possible..

Then, way over half an hour later.. I am sitting in the bar and decide to make myself a sandwich on the other side of my room. When I get back, you kidnapped me from the greenzone into your car. It's a greenzone, so that is not allowed. I switched to an admin suit to explain to you. You ignored that and I then teleported you, myself and the car to get your attention. You did not seem remorseful at all and I made the decision that you probably had no clue about the rules or about serious roleplay, which lead me to conclude you deserved to be banned for breaking the Greenzone rules.

Until this very moment, when I am reading the appeal, I did not even realize you were the same guy I killed earlier. This presents us with yet two more rulebreaks from your side: You metagamed me and broke the New Life Rule.

You saw my name above my head, (metagaming) thought: ''He killed me earlier'' and decided to take revenge (breaking New Life Rule)

With that, my side of the story has been told and I will leave this appeal in the capable hands of my fellow staff members, who shall assess if you now understand the rules and if you are ready to be unbanned.

 
Yes i understand that what i did was very wrong and i have read the rules again and i can promise that this will never happen again.

 
I broke the greenzone rule by kidnapping a person from it.

And i failed at roleplaying before that by not interacting with people and stealing a police car.

So i fully deserve this punishment but i am ready to change and become a better player
