In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
At first, I didn't even know why I could've possibly been banned, so I headed to the reports forum. Once I read the report and saw the video proof, I felt surprised by the fact that I did, in fact, mistakenly attempt to RDM the guy that was lockpicking my truck. Even though I am aware that it may seem like a pathetic excuse, I tried to tell him to put his hands up: I just apparently wasn't using the Direct Communication. Sadly, I don't have any proof for this besides the fact that in the original footage (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3-60reJVaQ&feature=youtu.be) (minute 3:30) I don't directly shoot at him and I just stand there aiming at him while pointlessly trying to communicate via what probably was the Group Channel.

Why should we unban you ?
As I mentioned before, I know that it sounds like a stupid excuse, but I am a fairly new altis life player. You don't have to believe me if you don't want to, but with a second chance I would very surely double-check the channel I am using every single time I do anything. Sorry, and thanks for your time.

Hello Aidan,

I`ve seen the video multiple times, and I really dislike it. You probaly did forget to use Direct chat to intiate on your part. You shot at him, saying it was indirectly? 

Are you suggesting you weren`t trying to kill him? Because from my point of view, your lacking common sense in this situation. Because obviously that player will shoot back at you...

What rule did you break?

1.Explain to me in your own words, what does that rule mean to you?

2.What are you going to make sure next time, when you intiate on someone? 

3.What is common sense in your own words?

4.Why didnt you resolve the situation in Teamspeak?

Hello,

Yes, I did try to kill him when he turned around, I didn't intend to say I wasn't. I broke the RDM rule, because I wasn't aware that I wasn't using Direct Chat.

1. The RDM rule forbids shooting without proper RP, and it is meant to stop people from killing on sight for the sake of their own interest. 

2. I will double-check that I can be heard by the other player when I am attempting to engage in a RP situation, which means that I will hopefully be using Direct Chat.

3. I'd say that common sense is the ability to act according to logical reasoning, but I guess it's hard to define.

4. As I mentioned, I didn't even know that I had done something wrong until I found myself banned and came over to the forums to see what happened, at which point I realized that I hadn't actually said anything via Direct Chat.

Apologies for causing trouble over such a stupid mistake.
